Everyone was friendly. The hotel isn’t brand new but didn’t feel like I was in a run down place. Great value for the price!

Shower in rm 107 leaks water all over floor. Mop it up twice. Drain not sealed?

Property is clean, but very dated. The staff was awesome and more that made up for the grandma look of the place. Bad plumbing and scratchy towels. The breakfast was great.

We came to do employee new hire for salem health and to finishe the lease on an apartment. Everyone we met was very happy and welcoming. A few suggestions. The shower hose needs to be longer and its connection lower for an easier reach. The bed was comfortable only could be better with a pillow top matress.

Nice, quiet, comfortable lodging. Friendly service and conveniently located near major access roads. Only difficulty was finding the physical building. Could use better signage to identify the hotel.

Everything was excellent, except my last day breakfast was near the cutoff and some of the food was not hot. Let the front desk know and they said that should not happen and they would correct it going forward.
All of the front staff was great!
