The room was clean. The bed was broken in the middle, so we rolled into the middle all night.

Very nice checkin staff. Friendly. They still had the ‘no breakfast due to Covid’ signs up which is lame considering the pandemic has long been over already. Otherwise ok hotel with reasonably nice rooms.

It would have been nice to know of the $100 deposit in cash BEFORE we arrived. I complained and they allowed me to use my CC. For the price, it was a reasonable stay, but next time I stay in SLC, I'll pay more for a nicer place.

Very nice hotel, with good service and security. Lobby with Starbucks and near downtown traveler spot.

Not very clean. Found a left over razor and the room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

The room is spacious, the front desk guy is friendly and conscientious...the cleaning lady is also very kind...the location is excellent, close to the light rail courthouse platform, convenient for travel, you can take the light rail without driving yourself, and conveniently visit the city's attractions...

The sheets were used by previous guests and have not been replaced. The toilet was not brushed, and the floor was not wiped at all after the previous guests stayed. All in all it was the worst staying experience ever.

The most dissatisfied during the ten-day itinerary in the United States is the Salt Lake City Hotel in Salt Lake City. The price changes too frequently. The price I saw in the morning was more than 700 RMB, and it dropped by 80 RMB in the afternoon. When I checked it again in the middle of the night, it dropped another 100 RMB. Then when I checked out the next morning, the price was lowered. It went up again... Although it was booked as a non-smoking room, in fact, there was a very bad smell in the room. And there were hairs from previous occupants on the sheets. Finally, one more point, you must pay a deposit of 100 to check in, but if you pay the deposit with a credit card, he doesn't even give a receipt.
