Great location just 8 minutes walk from San Luis beach The room rates are affordable under US$60 per night. Excellent service from Ashney, Cristal, Elias and Carolay. The room is super clean. Wifii is only available at the lobby. Grocery store is across the street

I was robbed in that place, my iPhone charger was changed by a cheapper immitation and the hosts didn't nothing to fix the issue. The room was not completely clean and I found live and dead bugs everywhere. I found hairs in the bathroom room. The pool engine was not working and the water isn't clean in the 3 days that I was there. The only good thing was the restaurant personel who show some care about the robbery issue.

I didn't have a very bad experience but I have been annoyed by several details. First of all, even if I was in vacation I needed to work on the morning. The wifi is not accessible from the rooms. I had to have my meetings in the reception of the hotel. Second, even if the food at night is tasty, the portion is very small. The juices are not fresh. The person who serves dinner in the evening is not very friendly and warm. In general, the employees are not very helpful and do not pay much attention to the comfort of the customers. One morning they were just talking loudly outside of my bedroom door. Also, there is no place to dry your beach clothes, neither in the rooms nor outside. At last, there is a small shop in front of the hotel who play music from 5 pm to 11 pm. Depending on your room, it could be annoying. Positive point: The hotel is pretty clean.
