Our overall stay was good, but it lacks services ihmo. Such as microwave in the room etc.
Parking space is a bit pricy in my opinion.

I was unable to go to San Antonio and use the reservation. I tried to cancel while traveling and asked the hotel for a call or email as I did not have my details in front of me to cancel and I never received a response and was was charged for a room that I was unable to use.

This was a New Year's trip with family we spent most of the time on the roof deck which was nice.
I was a little upset with the beds it seemed like it was a full size bed not a queen size for being a five-star luxury hotel I was expecting a little bit more in the rooms.
I understand it was New Year's Eve I understand the hotel was overbooked and very busy.
I couldn't check in until 4:00 but then you have to check out at 11:00 that very much bothers me it's like if I have to check in so late I should be able to check out late as well without being charged.

Really good compared to most riverwalk hotels. We have stayed at most of the hotels on riverwalk. This one is top tier.
Three negatives. Full size beds and not queens.
Breakfast is expensive. Parking is 40 bucks minimum for self park and almost 60 valet
If those three things don’t bother you. This one is the one

First time recommend family and friends. Perfect location amazing hotel, easy in and out. Would have liked for the Perks to have more options for late nighters or perhaps longer hours at Bar Rojo for food(we were last concert goers and starving lol)

Location is good but a basic item like a shower cap was not there and the plastic glasses and complementary water bottles we used were not replaced, we had to call for them. We even saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
