Unacceptable worst place ever!
If there was a zero star hotel, this is it. They downgraded my room, so I got no kitchen. There was no tv. When I informed the manager the tv wasn’t working, he brought over several other broken tvs to replace it. The entire stay was horrid and the room smelled. I have pretty low standards and this place was unacceptable even for me.

DOOR WAS ALREADY OPEN!!! SOMEONE BROKE IN THROUGH THE BACK WINDOW! WE DIDN'T CHECK IN THE ROOM RIGHT AWAY AND I GUESS THEY WERE TRYING TO STEAL OUR STUFF BUT THANKFULLY WE BOUGHT FOOD FIRST! NO ONE TO REPORT TO AS THE FRONT DESK CLOSES AT 9:00! WE SECURED THE ROOM AND CLOSED THE DOOR. WE LEFT AND STAYED AT A WELL KNOWN HOTEL. I HOPE THEY GIVE MY MONEY BACK. FELT TERRIBLY UNSAFE!!!

We booked a garden view, full kitchen and got neither. No wifi and terrible cell service. The staff were nice though. Place was run down, and the only real saving grace is the distance to the beach and restaurants.

We booked a Queen room but it was a full bed. There was one thin beach towel in the room and every time I went to the office after check in no one was available. The shower door was broke. We luckily brought many beach towels. I asked about the bed and was told it was a queen but on other booking sites it does list the rooms with full beds. The location was great. The property was quiet and conveniently located.

Meh
Look, it’s definitely a cheap stay. The man at check in is your kind and let us check in early but only by being there early and requesting staff to clean our room first. Our room had hair and dirt all over the floor and some in the bathroom sink. The floor smelled like old mop. The bed sunk in and the sheets are rough. They do not smell clean at all. The WiFi is terrible if you even get on it and on our way back to our room at night, there were cockroaches everywhere outside. They didn’t seem to follow into our room but still. Overall I would not stay here again.

Don’t book!!!
The room we got was very dirty, the window in the kitchen had no screen, so felt unsafe leaving it open for air. The bed sheets and blankets had hair and stains, and were wrinkly, like they hadn’t been changed from the previous stay. The TV didn’t work. The floor was filthy, and had a raised hump in sections. The mirror looked to have many blood stains on it. The whole place also has a very musty/moldy smell. The windows from the bath and kitchen looked out to, what seemed to be just a trash heap. Don’t book this place, trust me!

Customer service at front desk pleasant. Conditions of room inside, the worst I have ever stayed at. Did not represent photos shown for online for reservation. Parking inadequate to number of people it’s reserved too. I feel they should offer our money back, or at least offer half. Don’t reserve at room at 135 Avenida Algodon, San Clemente, Ca. At least we should get half refund. We couldn’t report to manager when we left, we were in hurry to make a concert. When we came back at 1.28 am, no parking available. We decided that we would couldn’t sleep or lay in their bed. We gathered our things, and headed back to our Home in La Quinta, Ca for 2 1/2 drive. I have never been to places this poorly maintained. Hope you look in this hotel and their false online advertising

The room was clean and bed was comfortable but there was no closet or a place to hang your clothes. No wash clothes, glasses, coffee maker, hair dryer (we had to ask for one.) The 1 hand towel looked like a rag and the bath towels must have come from the dollar tree. Someone must have come in our room because my new bottle of perfume was missing. There was no Do not disturb sign to hang on the door. When we got to our room, the TV wasn't working. They had to come and fix it. After trying to charge our cell phones in the bathroom (no other outlets) we realized the outlet didn't work if the light was turned off.
