Had a nice experience at the Andrews Hotel. The place is located right the heart of downtown; there it is very convenient to go around. I am also impressed by the friendly and attentive service.

Good location can walk to union square and all day coffee and water provide. Comfortable stay. Will be good if the main door is automated so guest with luggages is easier

The Hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to union Square which is about six minute walk. I booked a suite and this was excellent  The room was very spacious and great amenities and very clean. 2 letdowns in the Hotel. The first was the breakfast it was dire. Boiled eggs, Cornflakes and all the pastries you could ever want. You need some fresh fruit and vegetables on the buffet. The coffee machine is probably one of the slowest I’ve ever ever encountered   However, what I did not like was my accommodation was prepaid. Reception asked for my credit card and then he took out $150  I had no idea until I got to the room and my Bank called me. I did question this with reception who said this is a Pre authorisation. I told him you should explain this to customers

The hotel's location is perfect, but the room is very small with limited views. The bed isn't very comfortable. However, for a night or two, it's sufficient.

Location is very good to move around in city center. The decor is vintage and very cozy. Bed and room was vert comfy.

The hotel is very centrally located and is in the original 1905 style, with an elevator. It's old, but very clean... It has a certain charm. The breakfast was good. The coffee machine, which could be used all day, was a great feature.

Central location. The facilities are a bit outdated. The hotel's elevator gave me a better understanding of how the elevators operated and were designed in the last century. Quite impressive.
