I chose this hotel because of a meeting. The price/performance ratio is good. The environment in san jose downtown is very good and cleaner than SF downtown. The hotel is very close to san jose airport. Adobe is nearby. The hotel is only a 15-minute taxi ride away from Apple and Nvidia. Experienced a vision Pro!

The Hotel De Anza was advertised as a 4-star hotel, and they generally lived up to the rating. The facility is in contemporary condition and clean. The only two problems our party had was one of the front desk staff and I didn't communicate well (nothing rude, just like he was on a different wavelength than me) and their restaurant was not open for breakfast.

Hotel is very nice and clean the only wrong thing with this hotel is their parking situation! Be prepared to pay up to 50.00 dollars a night for valet parking because that’s all the have unless you go find parking on your own but risk getting towed … also our car rental was badly scratched while in their possession so be aware !! I didn’t notice it till I had driven off and was at the gas station … young kid parking cars was overwhelmed and hopefully I dint get charged for that big scratch or you’ll be hearing from me further

We have stayed here a lot of times over the years but this time was disappointing.. the place was super clean and the staff friendly and our room was vary nice but the A/C was not working right and the room was vary hot and the pillows were small and lumpy/ the bed was vary hard ( some people like that but I don’t) I know all things aside I will try again..

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice view of the city lights from our room.There are several dining options within reasonable walking distance. Otherall the hotel was very nice with a bit of an old world classic theme. Our only disappointment was that the Jazz Bar/lounge is no longer in operation. This was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel. The web site was inconsistent concerning the Jazz Bar status and we thought it was in operation ... until we arrived and were informed by the staff.

Enjoyed the stay, would have given a 4.5/5 only because I could hear everything outside and a good amount from other rooms and outside my room. Staff does provide earplugs for sleep as they are located in a busier downtown area but it was worth a mention. Would stay again in the future but may elect a different hotel if my stay was longer than 2 nights.
