Its a very clean hotel with many places to eat within walking distance as well as a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacy down the street. It has a nice restaurant and rooftop pool that is very relaxing. The room was clean and had an ice maker, large sink and refrigerator. The only things I would improve are the lighting in the rooms - its somewhat dim if you need to do some work - they only have lamps and one small accent light in the ceiling - at least in the room I was in. The bathroom sink in my room was very small- couldn't hold toothbrush, razor, etc on it like most sinks. Those are small inconveniences - overall it's a very nice place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location was great.

Our stay at the Don Rafa was nothing more than excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Antonio made us the best cocktails. Feel free to ask him to whip you up something special. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved it! I traveled with my husband for the weekend. The hotel was so beautiful! Everyone was super attentive. I constantly received messages if we needed anything, housekeeping, we even got a welcoming message also a reminder what time to check in and check out. If I had a question or anything I would message and I would get a quick reply. We will definitely return!

The total experience is nothing short of amazing. The front desk was very helpful to our requests. The location is beautiful especially if you love taking beautiful pictures.

Don Rafa was perfect for my trip to San Juan. The service was impeccable. Wonderful and helpful staff always available for any questions. We stayed in the 3 bedroom residency. It was spacious and very clean! Great location, was a short Uber trip to most places.

The hospitality was great, effective and efficient. Most of all the staff were cordial and friendly. Made the stay even better. Our suite was comfortable and roomy. Great powerful AC.

great customer service , excellent staff ("Vincent and Nicole").... cozy and chic hotel...airport only $5 ride... only 40 min ride to the rainforest...we are seriously moving to "PR".....VERY CLEAN STREETS...NO TRASH NOWHERE.....GREAT FOOD EVERYWHERE
