I liked that it was close to main plaza, it's location was the best thing it, The things I did not like, the room door was barely lockable. the terrace door , you could not even lock, the toilet bowl moved and didn't feel secure, no surface space in bathroom , had to put toilet items on floor, back of toilet, no room service , only spa was a private contractor that would have to go to your room.

Its an good place to stay it wasn’t the first time I booked in this hotel, sadly no maintenance seems Happening around , my bathroom floor was old and ugly. My tv was hanging with some straps that one day or another it will break.

This hotel is very nice. Sadly some areas were being remodeled which did disturb us. The rooms are great and I would recommend after checking work is finished. Staff is very nice.

Las habitaciones son confortables y se encuentran limpias. El personal de limpieza hace un gran esfuerzo y mantienen las habitaciones impecables, los artículos como jabones, toallas, sábanas son de primera. El personal de recepción se limita a su área, son medianamente atentos. No hay nada relevante en su servicio, ni que los distinga. El hotel no cuenta con restaurante ni con servicio a cuartos. Hay dos restaurantes en la planta baja que son independientes, uno de sushi muy pequeño y otro de comida internacional. La zona de alberca se encuentra muy abandonada. La alberca tiene muy poco mantenimiento y no está climatizada. Helada es la mejor palabra para describirla. No hay servicio de alimentos y bebidas en ella, ni personal que asista a los huéspedes ahí. Aún así es un área bonita. Para pasar a la alberca se ocupa el pasillo de tránsito a la cocina del restaurante externo, por lo que siempre hay accesorios de cocina o utensilios en él. La seguridad a las habitaciones es baja, las cerraduras son muy sencillas, y se nota que los marcos de las puertas pueden ser violados con mucha facilidad para abrir las cerraduras; se nota que lo han hecho con anterioridad. Las cajas de seguridad son extremadamente pequeñas, no cabe un iPad o computadora en ellas, pero se pueden dejar en la recepción. El servicio de internet es muy, muy malo, y la recepción celular también. El servicio de estacionamiento es externo, pero cuentan con valet. Tiene un costo adicional de 500 pesos equivalentes a 25 dólares. Es un hotel bonito en general, su personal más valioso es el de limpieza y mantenimiento a cuartos. La ubicación del hotel es excepcional en el Centro de San Miguel. Es un área tranquila.
