Dirty with hair attached, I didn't spend the night there I paid € 60 without even breakfast included, I went to sleep somewhere else, a dive was nicer !! Never again!! Don't go there !!

Location in the center on a narrow street pedestrian! Nearby there is everything. Before the sea 10 minutes walk . The room is spacious, comfortable. There is a refrigerator, the air conditioner worked perfectly. Excellent staff on the wotsapp. In general, a great option to live right in the center of San Remo!

I stayed 3 nights (triple double use) and I have to say that the very spacious room and large bathroom. I didn't expect to change towels and a minimum of cleaning every day honestly. The area is perfect! You are in the centre, 2 steps from the first beach and near the station. Advice to improve: There is no reception, but I would pay more attention to contacts via email. If I didn't call, I would never have received a response. Put at least a small summer refrigerator or machinery where you can buy water.

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

I was a guest of this structure that has a strategic position at the rear of the Ariston Theatre, the house was super clean and the maximum availability and also instructions to enter and exit. I only chose a little apartment but at the end I had little to work, but I was a little bit hard to work, but I'll be better off next time. Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.
