Nice accommodation, location is perfect! Service is outstanding👍

Room was tiny and very old, shower door was only half way on. Great location and great from the outside, they just seriously need to remodel their rooms.

Unfortunately, I was attacked by a transient around the block around 9 pm. The area looks friendly and safe during the day, but at night it's not. There is a park a block away called Pershing park that transients/homeless frequent. Given this, security around the property is lacking. The property does not feel very secure. Anyone can access the property. If you are staying here be very aware of your surroundings. Do not let your guard down just because it looks nice during the day.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly; when I asked to speak with the manager he pretended that the manager was in a meeting; afterwards, Also, the valet parking was not at all helpful when I asked to charge my electric car.I checked out after only one night and went to the Lavender Inn which was cheaper and people whrere welcoming and friendly.

Very walkable to pier, funktown, state street and beach! Only issue was how thin the walls were so we heard everything upstairs and outside from our rooms.

Check in staff awesome and friendly. Supposed to have a bottle water in room, not there. Fridge door was open when we got here so it was warm inside. Shower gell container was completely empty, had to wash with shampoo. Minor stuff but for $300/ night I expected better.

The grounds and location are lovely, the staff is very accomodating but the rooms are very dated. The bathrooms are old, showers don't drain correctly, the bed frames are cheap and not sturdy. Furniture looked like it had been knocked around a lot. For the image they portray, their rooms need a serious upgrade and lower the price for the older rooms/building. I expect more in santa barbara.

Really great location, great service. Could be a little updated in the bathroom. The showerhead was knocked fabulous. But it was a great location. The gardens were really pretty. Service was lovely. The floors I felt could’ve had a rug because the wood floors felt a bit gritty. A little sand in the floor . But would definitely recommend.
