Comfortable inn with clean and spacious rooms. Quite old, even when you stay in the hotel tower. They do not have complimentary drinking water but they do have coffee machine and fridge in the room. They have a heated pool and small jacuzzi as well. No breakfast in the hotel but The Pantry across the road is a must try.
Their gym is compact, complete and clean. However, the corridor in the basement leading to it can be eerie for some.

酒店是老牌，操作者很正規，房間乾淨整潔，但很小。晚上很多老頭老太太在酒店喝酒，很有意思，沒有年輕人。但是按金返還巨慢，我等了一個星期還沒到賬，下次最好押現金。

The room itself is terribly out of date, and worn around the edges. While the lobby is “historic,” the rooms are just old. The carpet is dirty, the vents from the room air conditioner were dirty, and the bathroom exhaust fan was dirty. The door safety lock was broken, and worst of all I think there was some type of venting problem from the water system, because every once in a while, a horrific smell would waft into the room from somewhere else. I would never stay in this hotel again.

We've stayed several times, but I think we will be looking for a new place to stay in Santa Maria. The hotel is really showing it's age. The ground floor with all the old original wood work is still beautiful, but the guest rooms are getting pretty shabby. Worn carpet and furniture, old bathroom fixtures (no towel racks!), and thin walls. I guess it's OK for $125 a night, but I expect a little more from a hotel that bills itself as premium.

Beautiful place, love my room. But for such a great place there was no breakfast nor coffee to be had. A great place should have a place for breakfast in the morning it's beautiful. Threw off my planning for the day for the rest of my trip.
