A very welcoming hotel. Travelling as a family of 7 kids age 17,14,10 and grandparents. From the reception to the cleaning staff, bar and kitchen and entertainment team they were happy to help in every way. Large selection of foods and snacks each day and great bar choices. Clean and tidy rooms with a good balcony. Entertainment all day if you want it from pool, ping pong, darts, archery ect and good entertainment at night until 11pm then very local to bars, Irish or English and plenty of restaurants along road to beach. I nice walk along down to Santa Ponsa where hire of boats, quads ect and load of trips out if you prefer such as pirate nights, aquarium and shows. Local taxi rank and bus route within a few minutes. Plenty of sunbeds available in sun or shade, extra charge for roof terrace of 20e if you want it for hot tubs and adults only. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a welcoming get away with clean and basic rooms and local activities. Nothing to complain about and had a great stay.

This is a lovely hotel, location is excellent for beach/Restaurants & pubs. You can walk to a beautiful cove & swim in the sea- lovely to watch the evening sunset. We stayed all inclusive, the food was nice, breakfast wasn’t great! We ate out a few nights for a change of scenery! This hotel is mainly geared up for young kids... If you’re thinking of a relaxing couple holiday, it’s probably not for you! The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, amazing food, really nice location with the cove right on its door step. Animation team were so fun and helpful with my children. Reception staff helped me book my free tickets to the amazing ohala show, well worth going! Will definitely be coming again.

Could not fault the hotel staff in any way at all. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily. Shower leaked right across the bathroom. Bed wasn’t changed all week. Food was great as were the drinks. Pool area and communal areas were clean. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach.

Hotel was clean and well presented. Pool area was very good and suitable for small children. There were lots of food options to chose from. The staff were amazing at providing entertainment for the kids and adults through the day. We will definitely come back

Had a great time staying at this hotel. The entertainment staff were amazing ( in particular Goofy who made an effort to involve all hotel guests with all the different things going on in the hotel) I didn't have any young children within my party but did witness how great the entertainment staff were with the children at the mini disco. Rooms cleaned daily to a great standard. Food was lovely, fresh and lots of choice having different themed eating every night. Reception staff were really efficent and helpful. Resort wasn't as busy as I expected but could be due the timing of our stay (the start of the season). Bus can be taken into Palma for a small cost and is a great day with lots of lovely scenery. Would definately consider this hotel and others in the Fergus chain.

Rooms were good but a pity that they don't have rooms with a double bed for couples . Cleanness of the rooms really need to be better, white furniture that is more yellow than white ? Every day it was a luck finding a stretcher by the pool that was vacant . At 7:30AM there were already customers reserving the stretchers with towels that looked like they went shopping for towels just to reserve places by the pool . I counted 71 free stretchers with towels ( besides the ones that had customers on them ) 13 persons at the pool bar and 9 persons inside the pool ( children included ) so why so many reserved places ? The nearest sandy beach is a 20 minute walk . Food with great variety, but kind of tasteless . The cocktails at the bar is to forget, nothing original , not even the Sangria . For a 4 plus star hotel, it is over rated .

Staff were excellent. Not disappointed at all. Rooms adequate and clean. Food was perfect. Animation team were very good with everyone 👌 👏 . I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We have been going here for a number of years and we will be back.

Just returned back from this hotel on the 06/05/2024, Travelled with my Partner and Son Finn, Beautiful location and well situated along the coastline and with a little cove bar and caves great for snorkeling, Hotel is spotless and well maintained Staff couldn't do enough for you and always working with a smile and all well spoken English, Rooms are not dated so ignore the comments on that also there cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels, Food was amazing and tasty easily always something to keep the fussy eaters well fed! As for the kids club & Evening entertainment it was brilliant Goofy and Gazelle were wonderful with our wee boy and every other kid there, Our Jet 2 reps were really helpful with information regarding transport to and from when we booked our trips, All in all extremely good value for money this hotel will cater all needs small or large. We are booking our return in September to this hotel cannot wait, 10/10
