very nice view with fantastic service，Beautiful Helen is really nice to the guests，thoughtful，and smile all the time. Hotel also provide with shuttle bus to the town（busy area）for free.

I would describe it as an amazing hotel in Oia, Santorini. However, we booked two honeymoon suite for four nights. Eventhough we informed them about our plan in advance, they somehow managed to mix things up. (Birthday and wedding proposal) But that’s ok as other services were great and staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent especially the Greek yogurt with honey. My sister who did the booking has a Hyatt globalist status but we had no upgrades and no late checkout which was very disappointing. Still recommend people to visit as everything else was perfect. Stunning sunset view and the plunge pool was great. PS if you arrive in Oia by ferry, beware of the taxi service located right in front of the port as they can be very tricky. They requested 50 euro each for shared shuttle bus service. Luckily I read before that it’s only 10 euros per person so I refused to pay that amount. Have fun and enjoy Santorini guys!

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights at Epitome and it was excellent. The villa was immaculate and roomy enough for all of us; the heated pool was a bonus. The property is beautiful, restaurants and bars are well staffed. Service was beyond my expectations. The thing I like most about Epitome is that its more resort style than other places in Oia. You have plenty of space and privacy. Getting to the main area of Oia is very quick easy with the hotel's van, which is readily available at all times. Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

I can’t stress enough how wonderful this property is. One of the most amazing hotels I’ve been to. The service is next level and the property is simply stunning. It’s a short walk from Oia and had beautiful views over the sea. The food was excellent. The service was so good from the whole team. We had a late flight and could make full use of the facilities until we left, including a courtesy room. My husband and I enjoyed it here immensely. Perfection!
