酒店位置好，很棒的懸崖酒店，面朝大海，酒店前台女士服務好，可以幫着定去機場的出租車，七座大奔馳才25歐元去機場，早餐是點餐自助的那種，每道菜都是現做的，非常棒，廚師很熱情，住了兩天大家都成朋友了。

酒店可以幫忙預訂機場接駁出租車
地理位置不是在鎮上 但不介意的話到鎮上的話其實慢慢步行也是可以的 我們走了三四趟哈哈

What a wonderful place! The hospitality here was out of this world! Every single staff member we came across was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ira Hotel was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The perfect location in Fira, should we return we will definitely be rebooking at Ira Hotel.

The waiter for breakfast was attentive, polite and inviting. Felt the other staff were pushy such as insisting we sit and not great assistance in arranging transportation/ transfer. Everything was provided at a cost, such as water. Loved the cave idea and room was quite large, but no shower door caused the room to get saturated in water everyday.

The staff was extremely friendly! Always looking to see if we needed help with anything. Super clean establishment with a great view of the ocean sunset, and walking distance from the main part of town. The food here was delicious. We were even allowed to check out and still use the amenities until we had to depart to the airport later that afternoon. Never once were they in a hurry to get us out, on the contrary their service was very comforting and inviting. Definitely coming back to this location.

Our stay at Ira Hotel and Spa was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was amazing, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it for a luxurious getaway.
