After booking this was the only hotel that asked us what we needed. Hotel facilities are neat and clean. The service staff are enthusiastic. There is a hot spring pool in the room. There are also hot spring pools, swimming pools, and children's water parks in the courtyard. When we went there, we were catching up with the hot spring disinfection + we didn't experience the hot springs in the courtyard on cloudy days. The child insisted on swimming and swam two laps on a cloudy day, and then went to play in the small fish therapy pool. The two children had a great time soaking in the indoor hot spring at night. The TV in the room is also free to watch. Like any Tencent app, you have to log in as a member, so you don’t need to buy a membership yourself. During the day we go out to play, and when the meal is about to arrive, the hotel butler will also call to ask if we want to keep the meal. When you get back to the hotel and then you can have a meal, it feels like home. The whole family is very satisfied with this hotel. Personally, I feel very peaceful living here. There is one little suggestion: the dishes in the restaurant should be more diversified. A small supermarket would be perfect.

The hotel is located in Jiyang District, Sanya City. The surrounding environment is quiet, full of negative ions, and there are hot springs, swimming pools, Diaoyutai, etc. When you first arrive in Sanya, it is most suitable to stay in Jingxin Valley for rest and relaxation. The hotel staff are warm and courteous, especially the front desk butlers Zhang Shangzhi, Tang Xiaocui, Huang Jin, and the restaurant staff Hong Yan are all very nice and helped us a lot. Overall, it was a great staying experience, and it is worth recommending!

The hotel was not open to the public before, but now it is open to the public. It is located in the mountain above the Banling Reservoir. It is rich in negative oxygen ions. It is not hot and there are no mosquitoes. The most important thing is that the hotel rooms are very new as shown in the picture, and there is an independent soaking pool. It is very clean. The water released by the real hot spring still has minerals. I bring an elderly child and a baby, which is suitable for this niche hotel. There is a dedicated butler on WeChat to contact you. Meals can be delivered to the room. There may be 10 or so guests staying on the same day. The guy at the front desk, Huang Jin, is very enthusiastic. There are roads repaired in the mountains, and the rain is full of mud. I’m afraid we can’t find them, so I’ll go down the mountain to pick them up. I’ll choose this place next time.

寶藏酒店！遠離城市和景點喧囂，清晨在鳥叫聲和溪流聲中醒來，可以在房間裏泡着温泉望着遠山發呆，也可以在幾百年的古樹旁盪着鞦韆發呆，或者逛蔬菜園、釣魚、抄經、看書也不錯。房間大、設施全、乾淨衞生、服務貼心，每個服務人員都積極迴應微笑以對。室外的泳池、温泉還有魚療池也很乾凈，泳池小童遊樂的設施也有，還有個小草地運動場：保齡球，射箭，籃球，足球都可以玩，這裏也是長者、孩子休閑度假的好去處。連住兩天，樂不思蜀，確實有被療愈到～

非常開心的一次入住，入住後發現，比酒店介紹還要令人滿意。舒適的床品，私密的湯池，有品位的裝飾，每一處都充滿了人性化的設計，雖然人不多，但是每一位酒店員工都是非常用心的服務。還會再次光臨的。出門忘記帶充電器了，沒想到酒店的充電器那麼好，太讚了。

房間很滿意，在山谷裏很安靜，整個心都靜下來了，房間裏就有温泉湯池可以泡，服務人員態度很好，我們打包回來的菜涼了想用微波爐熱一下，雖然酒店沒有，但是卻拿到廚房用火幫忙加熱，很熱心，由於地處山谷，也不是節假日的緣故人比較少，但是很建議在海邊玩膩的人可以過去體驗一下不一樣景色。

看點評去的，有的説可以釣魚，有小魚温泉，統統沒有，最基本的温泉房間，也沒有體驗到所謂的温泉水，從早上七點放水放到11點，小水滴還沒放到泡腳的水，山裡的路，也在修路，很難開車，真的很差

酒店很新，泡池不錯，送的三餐也可以，工作人員都很熱心，看遍了海，來這裏靜靜心也不錯

一路看海，偶然某天晚上刷到這，全是緣分。 美好時光，温馨的管家。一路幽靜而至，抵達時候管家早就在門口等待。有人幫忙拿行李。 進來一看，大堂錯落有致。 客房衞生乾淨，每個角落精緻，水是提供好了兩小瓶加一大壺。因為美好的環境，馬上決定續住一晚。房源升級，無比美好。房間內就有泡池。電視也很好看，有綜合成各種項目的也不要收費。所以還追劇了。飯菜水平也很好，早餐雖然都是簡單卻很美味。 去到任何一個地方，管家都接送，管家會在任何時候及時温柔體貼地解決問題。謝謝張上智，唐小翠，王小妮，非常感謝您[玫瑰] 我們真的好喜歡這裏，都不想回去了。 三星價格卻有七星服務。美好至極。

一家服務水準完全不輸五星酒店的實外桃源型酒店，也是海南六天遊行程中最大的驚喜，丈夫特別喜愛他家的硫磺泉，泡完皮膚變的光滑。 酒店空氣中充滿中葯的芬芳，所謂真正的養生谷才是如此吧。 酒店下坡處配有孩子喜歡的小泳池，小魚池，棒球，壘球，足球等。山上還有釣魚台，釣到魚拿到酒店加工，衹需28元起的加工費。酒店食堂菜品豐富，價格親民。酒店四樓還有桌球室和麻將室，特別適合呼朋喚友一起度假，吃喝玩樂一站式解決。 特別感謝此次酒店中的服務人員，無論是前台，餐廳，電瓶車司機還是水樂園裡的服務人員，每個都親切，友好。讓我們都樂不思蜀，更想帶爸媽再次來體驗。 最後提一點小建議，陽台泡池和進屋處最好鋪上一張防滑毯，有幾次因為腳濕漉漉差點滑倒。除比小瑕疵，幾乎完美！再次感謝酒店工作人員。

物超所值得！！！ 設施方面，整個酒店裝修非常用心，設施也非常新，衞浴是杜拉維特的，金具都是高儀的，牆面都是選擇的石材幹掛，可以説對標一般的五星酒店更好，包括桌角包裹等細節都很貼心。 衞生方面，打掃得很乾凈，沒有任何衞生死角，包括室外部分也幾本沒有浮塵。 環境方面，整個在大片熱帶森林的包裹中，有泳池、泡池等，在酒店有足夠的消遣空間，很舒服，完全原生態，衹是要稍微注意室外的小昆蟲。 服務方面，簡直不要太好，管家張上智、唐小翠、王小妮貼心的服務，讓人感到很温馨，例如當了解到我們是重慶人後，還個性化定製菜單，主動把菜品加辣，這些細節都是可以用心感受到的温暖~點贊•ᴗ•
