The room was spacious, with a scenic balcony, and the cleaning was meticulous. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and were polite and friendly. They responded promptly to any requests. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a children's play area, making it suitable for both couples and families. As an InterContinental Hotels Group brand, the service is standardized, and the value for money is excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sanya and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
