小區走進去好大。房間還有還有陽台。整體感覺很舒服。裝修風格也很好看。裏面搭配熱水壺吹風機。都是俱全小區的。還有無線網就在床頭那裡。還有充電器。非常的方便。床被子枕頭都很舒服很軟。這個價格真的很划算。很適合家庭情侶。剛走進去的時候像回家的感覺。管家小姐姐很周到，很熱情。問的問題隨時回答。態度挺不錯的。值得推薦。

五一假期來玩，房間非常整潔乾淨，床也十分舒適軟硬適中，整體度假感滿滿，出行吃飯也很方便，連住3天酒店還有送機服務，提前聯繫管家預約就可以，十分方便。還免費送遊艇出海遊，非常棒，服務十分周到，給小樑管家點贊！！完美的三亞旅行！

4月份的三亞真的是最好的季節，還很幸運的是遇到個寶藏民宿，距離三亞學院很近，周圍吃飯的地方很多，交通很方便，老闆也很奈斯，房間乾淨衞生，温馨也貼心，管家服務也很到位，推薦了很多便宜又好吃的美食👍👍👍

非常驚喜的公寓民宿，離熱帶海洋學院非常近，維也納酒店對面的小區裏，非常棒的體驗。價格比較親民，乾淨衞生的洗漱用品。洗衣機冰箱也都有，最關鍵是床品很舒服，管家有問必答，哪裡可以吃到便宜又好吃的海鮮，熱心推薦兩日遊玩的路線及項目

交通便利，下了環島高速過兩個紅綠燈就到了，位置非常好找 ，上午來的比較早，還有免費的地面停車位，最主要的是周圍配套不錯。超市 葯店什麼都有，小區內也有健身房和游泳池。房間面積也比較大大。下次來玩還會再來的

考研複試訂的這裏，離熱海洋一公里多，走路到學校大約15分鐘。環境乾淨整潔，外面風景也很不錯，設施也很齊全。離機場和景區都算比較近。
