有電梯，老闆把屋裡收拾的乾乾淨淨，屋裡沒有蟑螂什麼的可以放心把行李箱開着放，衞生間蹲便深得我心，地理位置相當優越，五分鐘就能走到萬豪超市，**外賣訂餐種類很多還便宜，離汽車站非常近，汽車站旁邊還有個汽車站農貿市場十分鐘路程，市場旁邊市解放路步行街，我去火車站坐的軌道車五分鐘就走到站點，公寓過馬路就是海邊可以看日落人比那些什麼定位少很多，下海方便還能直接走回公寓沖澡，我在什麼婚紗基地附近看的日落沖個腳排隊排了半小時。。。我是從機場坐8路公交車直接到的公寓樓下的馬路邊，報一日團定點接送在人民醫院走路十五分鐘就能到，總之就是方便方便太方便，位置相當優越，經濟實惠，下次上三亞我真的還要住這裏，太方便啦，給你們看我在屋裡拍的清晨和傍晚

位置很好，樓下就是椰夢長廊，走過去就是三亞灣。海景照片都是我從打開窗户拍的。從這裏去南山蜈支洲亞龍灣森林公園西島都不用倒車。走路不遠就是旺豪超市，買啥都很方便。房間設施雖不是很新，但老闆夫妻倆收拾得乾乾淨淨，服務態度很好，來三亞還會去公交車站接。這裡是一個小區，不臨街，睡覺不吵。性價比很高，適合不追求高檔衹看中服務品質的旅行者。起先還覺得海景房比對面的園景房貴一點是否知道，可是當每天站在窗口就能看夕陽西下的時候，就覺得這錢花的很值。如果可以，建議大家選擇海景房。

房間沒異味，床單被罩都是新的，衞生乾淨，衞生間是獨立的，環境不錯，隔音效果好，我來三亞唯一沒有踩坑的民宿，去個景區有好多公交車都在附近，沒想到他家在鳳凰島附近，出門一百米就是大海，晚上在沙灘看鳳凰島真不錯。
