Our butler, Monica, was incredibly attentive. She contacted me in advance to understand my travel needs, and upon arrival, check-in was seamless. She proactively helped with luggage and patiently guided us through the resort's layout and daily activities. We're so grateful she upgraded us to a sea-view king room with an absolutely stunning view! The room was also beautifully decorated with great care. The floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly onto a balcony, where we could relax on recliners and admire the blue sea and coconut groves. The bedding was soft, the toiletries felt luxurious, and the room was spotlessly clean. The public areas are so beautiful, perfect for photos. The infinity pool blends seamlessly with the ocean, and in the evening, the sunset casts a golden shimmer on the water. The private beach was clean and uncrowded, and staff would proactively offer towels and iced water. Breakfast was incredibly varied, with freshly made Hainan noodles, fresh-cut fruit, and Western pastries all available and delicious. The service details were impeccable. Staff by the pool would proactively offer sunscreen, and any requests were handled super quickly. Our late check-out was also smoothly coordinated. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!
