房間小是知道的，位置是椰風長廊的尾巴。但是設施老舊，廁所門沒法鎖，大門的保險栓也沒法用。310老舊的空調像紡織廠的機器響了一夜，甚至半夜4點自己關掉了了，然後熱醒了，又聽着轟鳴好久才睡着。老闆娘是很熱情，不過如果花點時間稍微修整一下設施就更好了。

從西沙羣島回來，還訂在這裏住，老闆給免費升級房間。周邊公交可達各景點，非常方便，出門過馬路就到三亞灣、椰林大道，樓下有家忙前忙後媽媽菜味道不錯。

推薦推薦推薦！帶着三個孩子進行了為期七天的沉浸式三亞旅行結束了，在三亞三步海景民宿住宿了六天。這裏交通便利，購物方便，確實是海景房，過馬路就是椰夢長廊，隨時可以感受“面朝大海，春暖花開”的心境。這是住家式民宿，孩子們想吃家鄉菜，還自己煮了幾次飯，有家的感覺，住宿環境寬敞且乾淨。老闆和老闆娘是一對90後年輕夫妻，特別熱情善良，對旅遊路線提了很多不錯的建議，幾天下來我們已經是很好的朋友了。祝老闆生意興隆，期待下次的三亞之旅，繼續來到三亞三步海景民宿。

由於第二天需要前往鳳凰島上游輪，因而選擇了這家距離較近的民宿。第二天上午正好三亞舉辦2023年國際馬拉松比賽，終點就在小區旁邊，中午退房去鳳凰島交通管制還沒結束，好在距離衹有幾公里，打車前往衹要起步費，是個行程轉接的不錯住宿點。

面朝大海，春暖花開。民宿位置非常好，出門就是椰夢長廊，環境又很安靜，吃完晚飯沿着海邊走一走，心情都不一樣。門口就是公交站，去哪玩都非常方便。在三亞還有性價比這麼高的民宿真是太棒了！老闆特別好，對我們很照顧，給了很多實用的出行建議，省了不少錢哈哈哈！下次來三亞還會選擇在這住的

房間乾淨整潔，通風很好沒有任何異味，晚上很安靜。老闆娘真的非常熱情，還送了我們哈密瓜和大玉米吃，臨走的時候還給我們準備了一把香蕉帶在路上吃，真的好感動。“三步海景”這個名字實至名歸，和三亞灣海邊僅隔一條馬路，在陽台就可以看到大海。位置超級好，不但出門就是三亞灣鳳凰島，而且臨近公交站和有軌電車，交通非常方便，身後是勝利廣場和旺豪超市，很多美食可以選擇，老闆娘推薦的“十八碗”既好吃又實惠！住在這裏讓我感覺很舒服，賓至如歸！以後再來三亞還會選擇這裏。

瀋陽的老兩口子，人特別好房東胡姐熱情細緻，讓我覺得到了親戚家被照顧的很好，房間乾淨整潔樸實，民宿位置特別好，距離鳳凰島1.8公里，緊鄰勝利路步行街吃飯特別方便，去亞龍灣熱帶天堂森林公園附近乘25路直達，民宿出門馬路對面就三亞灣灘椰林大道特別美。
