小區環境可以，樓道衞生也乾淨，走樓梯上五樓，房間的環境衞生會差很多；
房間床位設定不合理，公共區域入户處、廚房、大客廳、陽台都設滿了床位，兩個卧室卻另做它用；客廳10人床位雜物較多，長住的下鋪東西佔滿床底下，沒處放鞋子；廁所衞生較差，洗漱池較臟，盆、魚缸積水長期未倒，牆壁地面等地方較臟需要強力清潔；長住的做飯油煙較大；
住宿價格很便宜，也符合提供的環境設施服務，但公共區域衞生還是要定期收拾一下!

住了一星期，青旅，適合省錢的人，老闆娘不錯，全三亞最低的價格，沒有之一，樓下就是鳳凰島公交站，很方便，最重要的是能做飯，孩子吃的順口，又省錢，象徵性的收點電費，我帶着孩子同住女生屋子，同住的幾個人很不錯。給老闆點贊，同住的大老爺們也很有趣。

這家民宿就是位置非常的好，從這邊想要去各個景點都有直達的旅遊團，旅遊團都可以接到，衞生條件説實話挺堪憂的，老闆和老闆娘的態度都非常好，就很難評，咱就是説這個服務態度也可以把品質稍微提升一下，也能更好的吸引顧客還能稍微提升點房費。

價格很便宜，位置也很好，站在陽台上就能看到一望無際的大海，也能看到鳳凰島。不過我是安徽人，這一次來海口是來旅遊的，以後也許不會再來海口了，不過如果以後有機會來海口，一定首選這個旅店
