The cultural details and service of the check-in hotel are so good, which is better than many five-star hotels in Hainan. The lady at the front desk is so gentle and lovely. When I left, there were also toiletries and souvenirs. It was so warm. I will come again. I love it and recommend it.

The room is very clean and the environment is very good. It is suitable for family outings. There is a children's activity room and a swimming pool, which are small but exquisite. The key point is: the hotel service is really super good, the staff is warm and friendly, and the hotel manager Sumi Xiaoshi responds very promptly and responds to every request. It is a super five-star service.

The service was very thoughtful. The rental car arrived at midnight, and the hotel only had a Tesla charging station. As a result, the security guard helped to drive it outside to charge early in the morning. The room was very warm, with fruits and drinks, and advanced facilities. There were also fresh breads for selection. I will definitely come again next time. It is trustworthy.

A very pleasant experience. The housekeeper made arrangements by phone in advance~ The room is large, with a small balcony, and there is aromatherapy. The whole room is always fragrant, and the toiletries are also very easy to use. The drinks in the minibar are free, and fruits and cookies are added every day. The food in the first canteen downstairs is cheap and delicious!

It was the first time for me to stay in a hotel with my child in the New Year. I chose Aranya, which has a large outdoor lawn. Before I checked in, Manager Sumi Wu called me to upgrade the room for us and arrange the baby's birthday decoration. I was really surprised when I entered the room yesterday. Even if it was just a cake, I would have been very happy and grateful. There were printed photos, handwritten cards, balloons and banners (the scene was comparable to a proposal!) During the stay, Manager Wu also took care of us meticulously and kept confirming if there were any other needs. Even the service after check-out was impeccable. Really, this is the first time I feel that the check-in experience is so good because of a staff member of the hotel. Thanks again Sumi🙏🏻 p.s. The only flaw is that the flushing sound of the toilet is really loud. I dare not go to the toilet in the middle of the night for fear of waking up the child😂

Anaya has always been my favorite type of hotel. I've stayed in Changli and Wuling Mountain and liked them both. This time I chose to stay in Sanya for two days. From the service to the environment, everything meets my aesthetic taste. Although the park is not big, I come here to enjoy the tranquility. The food in the first canteen is also very delicious, the cafe and bar are very good, and I really like the toiletries. I will come again!
