O hotel em si está com aparência nova, móveis e utensílios inteiros. O quarto que ficamos era maravilhoso, com uma vista muito bonita no décimo andar. O chuveiro era ótimo, muito fácil de manusear também. A limpeza achei impecável, chegamos com aquele cheiro de quarto limpo de hotel. A única coisa que me incomodou foi a cama, que estava com um buraco enorme bem no meio, foi difícil dormir com metade do corpo afundado, mas nada que não possa ser trocado. O café da manhã estava ótimo, bastante opções e sempre fresquinho. Acredito que tem um bom custo benefício, boa localização (no mesmo espaço do shopping que tem um supermercado dentro). A única coisa que não me agradou nem um pouco mesmo foi a cama, fora isso, com certeza voltaria.

The hotel has a good location, surrounded by supermarkets such as Carrefour, shopping is convenient. There is a Baby handmade burger shop opposite, which tastes great. I specially booked the room on the head of the hotel. The space is relatively large, the room in the middle is relatively small, the breakfast is relatively rich, the location of the 1 block near the hotel has a good lunch hall, the business is booming, the price is high, and there is a Localiza car rental point around, which is convenient for renting a car.

When I stayed at the E-Suites CGH hotel in 27/09/22 I ended up staying in room 116, where I found a badly-sleeping “hypoallergenic” shirt inside a bag open in the dresser, with several brown sleeves. I ended up using it because I was very sleepy. In order to ensure less light in the room, I covered the magic eye with hygienic paper, preventing the entry of light. This is that on the day 01/10/22, arrival at the E-Suites hotel at 13:00, I receive the same room 116. In the place I realize that the magic eye continues to be covered, with the same hygienic paper. When I looked for a cover in the closet I took a coat of the same color and size as in the previous stay and there I found exactly the same coat, with the same ugly dirt that can be checked in the photos below. I try to imagine how many people may have used the same bed-dress, who should have followed strict hygiene standards and had no minimal care. How many people have sleeped there in days 28, 29 and 30/09? And how many more people might have used the coat in the days before the 27th? Moreover, with the marks I found, I leave to the imagination of who read to describe what could be. On the same day 01/10, when the reception was down to make a formal complaint in the complaint Book, I was informed that the hotel is “sustainable” and does not have a physical book for that purpose. It is not public record of anything.

I had always been 'dating' this hotel and the opportunity came up to finally stay there as a stopover in São Paulo, it's extremely practical for that: just cross the bridge from Congonhas airport and walk around the block. Rooms are not all in the typical Ibis standard, there are larger rooms for families of four, but they can only be booked on the ALL Accor page. Breakfast during the pandemic is in the reverse system, which means buffet is there but get to be served instead of serving yourself. It's not the best hotel to discover São Paulo as a tourist but very practical for very short visits.

I thought I could have the smart TV accounts logged because in the ad said you have netflix and everything but when it arrives it I would have to log in on my account. The hotel is located right at the Santa Cruz Metro station, about 4 minutes away, staff are well educated and receptionist, lifts are perfect for PCD, a good breakfast, which makes me happy. On my staying room, T04, had only 1 (one), which caused some discomfort to load the equipment. The bed gave a few stacks of nothing, the bathroom had a good hot shower, but it had a half-stop vacuum. The AC was a windowman, I was already telling the message. In addition, I would be hosting again in this quiet hotel, because I paid a price that was compatible with what was offered!

The cost of accommodation is high. Excellent location. Room with air conditioning and private bathroom. Only the WI-FI in the room does not work properly. I did not eat breakfast, and my situation does not include breakfast. I just want to add a floor towel to the bathroom to keep it clean.
