KIYAZA River SAPPORO

I stayed in room 201 for 4 nights and 5 days as an adult. It is located in a good location from the city center, and the facilities and amenities are basically satisfactory, so I think it is a high-value accommodation, but there are a few points that I was concerned about. First of all, there were only 2 bath towels and face towels, and the rule was that they would be replaced from the 3rd day. It was fine for a single adult, as it seemed that amenities were provided for 2 people, but if there were 2 people, it seems that one towel would be used for 3 days. In addition, a washing machine and laundry detergent were provided, but there were only 2 hangers. Furthermore, there was no place to hang bath towels, so they had to be hung on hangers, so there were no hangers to hang laundry. Since I booked for 4 nights this time, I was planning to use the washing machine, but I ended up giving up on doing laundry. As for the facilities, there was no outlet where the mirror was, so I had to dry my hair without looking at anything using the outlet next to the bed. Irons and curling irons can only be used in front of the mirror if they are battery-powered, so it may not be suitable for people who want to style their hair. Because the outlet next to the pillow is at the same height as the mattress, the pillow can shift upwards while sleeping and hit chargers plugged into the outlet, which can then be unplugged by morning. Also, cold drafts come through the gaps in the window air conditioner installation area, making the room cold. If we knew in advance, we could buy bath towels and hangers at 100 yen stores, but our biggest complaint is that we don't realize this until we've arrived at the location. We would like users to receive more information, such as by taking more photos. There is nothing we can do about the drafts from the air conditioner, so we would like you to do something about it.
