DoubleTree by Hilton Savannah Airport

I was disgusted to see mold around the top of the bathtub. Also, I noticed the room had not been vacuumed as it should have been - there were toenail clippings between the two beds by the nightstand, and they weren't mine! Gross!!

Called for like a good hour and the phone just rang and rang. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Thankfully when I finally managed to arrive someone was at the front desk.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Savannah Airport for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and surrounded by other hotels and services, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and exactly what I expect from the DoubleTree brand. The only downside was the check-in experience. We arrived around 11:00 PM after a very long trip and were greeted by a front desk associate who seemed exhausted and uninterested. Even after mentioning that I am a Hilton Honors member, the interaction felt cold and impersonal. We were simply asked for an ID, and although we were eventually offered the famous DoubleTree cookies, it felt more like an obligation than a welcome. I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, and this was the first time I did not feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. Fortunately, the excellent room and overall property helped make up for that disappointing first impression. I would stay here again, but I hope future guests receive the warm hospitality that Hilton is known for.

Ms. Jasmine had excellent customer care at the counter. Our shuttle driver was helpful. They have shuttle service to airport. You can leave car parked while on a round trip. I will definitely be staying again when we fly out of Savannah.

Check in staff were wonderful, our room was very clean and spacious, we had a suite with sofa and 2 queen beds, My wife really appreciated the walk in shower as she has leg issues. Breakfast was very good, hot and delicious! Overall a great place to stay for several days! On a side note, maintenance has a couple things to fix, an entire section of tile is missing at top of shower wall, also gapping hole where wall and door jam meets in bathroom and box between bedroom and sitting area where maybe a smoke detector was or should be with exposed wiring. But none of these things effected our stay.

I arrived late and a bit overwhelmed having just missed my flight. The woman at the front desk was amazing! She was kind, compassionate, and eager to help me find a room and also to make sure that I was set up on the airport shuttle in the morning. This is a place I would come back to.

No breakfast offered , no cook at night so no food available at restaurant at dinner time either

Our room wasn’t clean bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor bed had us hurting all night wasn’t comfortable at all
