"This hotel has a great location and a fantastic lobby. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and mostly helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not the best. The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected. I also found it odd that there was not a mini fridge in the room. This hotel has great potential, it just seemed to be lacking in the details that would make it stellar. In addition, we left a day early and the lobby informed us that they could not provide any sort of refund which we thought was very odd."

I spent a few hours calling trip.com and the Hyatt. 1st They over charged 2nd They have a $25 per day destination charge not paid by trip.com 3rd They have no alternative but to valet park, and it is $40 per night. You will not find out until checkout. So add $65 dollars to every night stay to whatever trip.com charges. This was not stated on any of the booking or info."

For example, this time, the room wasn't sun-facing; it overlooked a narrow alley, and the window directly faced an office building across the way. "This hotel is located in the urban area and the rooms are small, but the health and service are okay. There is no free parking lot. You need Valet Parking, which means a black person will park the car for you every time. It costs $35 a day, which is expensive! Parking is convenient and you have to wait a while to pick up the car. I feel like free parking lots in the suburbs are more convenient to get in and out of. There are not many kinds of breakfast, just a few kinds, the sausage is quite delicious."
