Clean room but poorly appointed with no grab bar or soap dust in shower. The staff also miss-handled my credit card that I asked to switch payment to another card. Staff was friendly but overall experience was muted by providing us with a room key to a room already occupied and mis-handling my credit cards.

Everything about the Planter’s Inn exceeded our expectations. The Inn is in Savannah’s historic district and for the price of the room it’s the icing on the cake. I highly recommend the Planter’s Inn!

Property is really tired. While an excellent location it doesn’t have any amenities, rooms are poorly serviced, very
Dated and not very clean. And the bed haven’t been vacuumed and God knows when. I won’t be staying there again unfortunately but people at front desk were nice.

Front desk staff was very nice! Cleaning staff was not the friendliest. Valet staff was hands down the nicest. Property seems very outdated as far as upkeep with maintenance and did not appear as I anticipated from the pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our mother-daughter weekend in Savannah. The Planters Inn was wonderfully located within an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. Our room (2 twin beds, as requested) was delightful: beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. The staff were professional, helpful, and kind.
I hope to come back to Savannah again and will definitely stay at The Planters Inn.

The building needs a little love but the staff was amazing and it’s conveniently located. The front desk staff was welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. There was a parking garage next to us but the beds were comfy and we had room darkening curtains. There is no cleaning service but if we needed towels we asked when returning from an outing and we were provided with what we needed. The lobby had coffee, water, and a lovely woman who payed the piano in the lobby in the evening. I loved this place and would stay here again!!!
