Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel

We got an upgrade and enjoyed a really great Suite with Sea View. Hotel is well located in middle of village, full of Restaurants and night life. Good center position to visit famous Cities around this region in Puglia. Beaches are not nice or easy to access; you need to take car and go somewhere else to find a nice beach. Hotel Service is very good, Great Breakfast and reasonable good Swimpool. Free parking just beside Hotel Building.. All in all great experience and fully reccommended..

Lovely stay at the very friendly Bianco. Rooms are a very good size with effective air con. Good balcony-chairs would benefit from cushions! Quality breakfast in a beautiful glass surrounded room with great views. Breakfast could do with better fruit choices and plums and peaches were unripe the whole week. Despite the two small negative comments noted i am giving 5 star review.

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns & Courtyard Marriott’s nicer than this. 0 amenities in the hotel, WiFi worked for 30 mins a day barely, no toiletries in bathroom, no remote for tv. The bathroom is 4ft x 2ft with a Shower stall the size of a Porta potty, there was hair on shower floor. Breakfast served for 2 hours daily from 8am-10am, coffee was instant coffee that tasted like dishwater. Poor, poor service for the price, horribly overpriced for what claim to be a 4 star resort. 1 star resort at best! The only thing decent was the view from the roof of the the whole town.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in our visit to Puglia. We had a room with a view over the pool. Our room was perfect. It was large by most European standards and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were top class. The decor was modern and clean. The hotel itself is perfectly located. .easy to get to the area with all the restaurants and great location for a walk at eany time. Easy parking. Breakfast was included and it was fantastic quality. The staff were exceptional especially at the front desk. This is a hotel I would come back to. I highly reccomend it.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2023 and booked two double rooms for a week. The hotel is nice and quiet with a good size swimming pool for the size of hotel. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the harbour with all the restaurants. You really need to hire a car to visit the many nice hill top and coastal towns within one hours drive. We also visited Matera which is about 2 hours drive away. There is not so much to do in Savelettrialthough it’s a nice quiet port. The rooms are of a good size with nice bathrooms. The breakfast had a cold buffet selection plus you could order fried or scrambled eggs plus bacon every morning. The hotel manager was very helpful in recommending and booking restaurants and suggesting nearby hill top towns to visit by car. Our only complaint was the price . we booked our two rooms in the middle of June for the last week in August and since they use dynamic pricing we paid €390 a night per room for two people bed and breakfast. May have been worth it for the sea view rooms but not for the ones facing houses at the back. The view from the breakfast restaurant and evening bar was very nice though.

We used Bianco Riccio as a home base for our 10 days in Puglia this August. Having travelled to different destinations in Europe on this trip before arriving in Puglia and travelling several other times a year to tourist destinations in North America, we immediately noticed that Bianco Riccio did everything a just little better and with a more personal touch than other hotels in the same (and higher) price ranges. Perhaps it is the attention to detail of on site Director/Manager Mr. Alessandro Scalone and his team, who are there full time for the year instead of only during the high season, but the familiarity of the staff, room cleaning, modern common areas and amenities being maintained to a level of detail we have seen more commonly in ultra luxury accommodations. We had the benefit of a car and certainly recommend one for anyone visiting Puglia as it gives you the flexibility to visit the entire region. Bianco Riccio offered the benefit of free parking and from this central location even the furthest areas of the region were accessible in a maximum of 90-120 minutes. Food in the restaurant is well suited to tourists comfortable having breakfast or a light lunch by the pool, with several dining options in various price ranges within a five minute walk from the hotel and mainly in areas that are closed to cars in the evening to accommodate walking, strollers and children at play. The concierge was comfortable going above and beyond as we requested access to all the popular beach clubs, restaurants, and event venues in the area. In this regard, the Bianco Riccio staff took personal ownership of facilitating special reservations as we celebrated an important personal event during our stay there. We encourage anyone visiting this region to include Bianco Riccio as part of their travel plans for accommodation.

We are about to leave the Bianco Ricco suite hotel where we spent 10 fabulous days. I'd like to start by praising the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, starting with Alessandro, the Director, who did everything he could from day one to make sure we had a wonderful time. The hotel is also ideally located for visiting the region or one of the many private beaches along the coast. The hotel's comfort and cleanliness are first-rate. The breakfast buffet is complemented by dishes prepared on request. As a frequent traveler, I recommend the Banco Ricco Suite Hotel!

Definitely a superb experience ! Super clean, excellent service ( far higher than expectations), perfect location, ultra comfortable room, lovely pool and last but not the least an amazing terrace for an exclusive breakfast. We can’t wait to come back, indeed!

This is an outstanding hotel in the most beautiful location. The hotel is spotlessly clean at all times, and the rooms are beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds and pillows. A special mention must go to the exceptional hotel manager, Alesandro, who's influence, direction, passion and attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel and these high standards are clearly embedded into the fabric of the operation, and embraced by every member of his team, every one of whom from cleaners right the way through were outstanding. Another special mention to Viktoria who worked around the pool area whilst we were there who was lovely. I'd highly recommend Bianco Riccio Suite hotel.
