The place looked nice, and the staff was friendly, but there were roaches. (Parking I believe was 200 pesos and it’s about a ~10-minute walk)
The staff seem like they are always running around so when we arrived there was no one at the counter for about 15 minutes (we did order the room only 20 minutes before so it’s understandable). We got our room and someone from the public had used our restroom because the doors are left open to let the rooms ventilate – the staff was apologetic, and it wasn’t a big deal to us, and we kept the same room. When we arrived after our night out there was a huge water roach on the wall that ran into one of the electrical boxes. I hate roaches so I didn’t get much sleep.
Later I got up to use the restroom and there was what looked like a tiny roach on the roll of toilet paper. Then in the morning I found another tiny roach on the shower curtain. I let the staff know at checkout.
I really hate roaches which is why I gave them a low rating. This hotel is right in the center of everything, but I would rather have a place that’s further away with no roaches.
