wifi slow. The front desk staff was not very friendly and the staff who brought the requested items to the room looked up and down uncomfortably. Overall, facilities such as the lobby and pool are luxurious. The location is a bit far from the city center so it is quiet.

Room wasn’t clean. All the kitchen mixing bowl and cooking utensils were missing. Beds were squeaky and hard. Hot Cheetos on floor. I had to clean and unload dishwasher when we got there. We had to call to have room cleaned everyday. Would call for towels everyday too. Even when we called they would forget towels and never vacuumed or cleaned anything. Would just make beds and change towels when we called. It would be different if it was just once or twice but it was all week. It had stains on carpet and on couch. Umbrella outside was ripped and wood in patio set was worn and splintering. Curtains had one long and one short sheer. Door was sticking and very hard to open. Asked to have manager call but never happened. Not sure what happened to this place. We stay here every year, but this stay kept getting worse and worse. Even though we were letting them know.

Overall a nice stay, but not the Hilton I expected. The room was fine, but not top rate. Same for the bathroom.

Hotel's housekeeping took my charger and denied it. I had just checked out and forgot my charger and when I figured out I didn't have it on me or in my bags, I requested front desk to ask housekeeping to retrieve it for me. I told them exactly where I had left it in the room. Of course housekeeping couldn't "find" it. Had take a flight without charger thanks to their wonderful housekeeping staff who feels like items are their's once a guest checks out. Very unfair and unprofessional.

My family had one of the villas. Check-in was smoothly. But we didn’t know the villas were on the other side of the main hotel. You could walk there but it was quite a ways. So we did not utilize the hotel at all. Villa was in a separate area with the secure gate. Very safe which we had to put a code in. Our villa was at the very end. Very quiet. Very clean. Fit my family very well. Full kitchen. There’s a smaller pool where the villas are, but we did not use. We did not use the main pool area also. Overall very nice.

I was assigned room 287, as we accessed the building, a nasty smell was coming out of it. I was not able to distinguish, but it was a combination between humidity and smoke from cigarettes. I went right away to the front desk, explained the situation and was assigned a different room. Still in the same building, the first floor was not that smelly, nevertheless, my family and I weren’t comfortable. Since this was a single night, we stayed, my surprise for next day I had a rush on my arms, I reported it to the front desk and because of doing my reservations with ******* , they just reimbursed the resort fee, but I would like to have a word with ******* or the facilities manager to obtain a full reimbursement. Additionally and to kind of help with the situation, they front desk offered a complementary breakfast, which was also awful, all the food was old. There is something in the building /facilities, they are dirty or not enough maintained, I don’t consider it a resort.

The pictures made it look nicer than it is but the price was reasonable. They were doing work on the property and looks like some upgrades were in process. They claim to have a spa but they don’t. Overall the facility was just ok. However the staff was very friendly.

This hotel was disappointing. The property was rundown and outdated. We opted for two beds and they were so small. My husband and I each slept with one of our kids and the beds were not big enough for an adult and small child. It had the Scottsdale prices and dining options surrounding it, but definitely not a “Scottsdale” feel on the property itself. It was $900 for two nights at what felt like a Best Western, not a Hilton.

Property location is nice but needs to be updated. Issues with wash machine and toilets but maintenance quickly addressed. Bar service at the pool was bad - broken blender so no frozen drinks, short on staffing, couldn’t make requested drinks
