"Overall it was a just okay. One thing that is a bit annoying is that they charge 25 USD per day to park a vehicle on site. It’s a bit more than I would like to have paid. While many hotels in the area also charge parking, the USA 🇺🇸 is a driving country and most hotels across the nation don’t charge for parking. It’s not listed as a free amenity so I can’t fault them for false advertising, but I wasn’t expecting to pay $75 additional for staying there 3 days. Additionally, they charge $6 for a bottle of water from the room. Just add it to the price of the rooms. Nobody likes to get hit with additional charges. It just puts a poor lasting impression on the overall experience."

"Many positives and a few negative depending on how you look at it. First off, all at the reception desk we're very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spotless clean. The surrounding area has a lot of offer as it's right next to a beautiful river and the ASU campus. The only real negative about the hotel is that it might not suit a light sleeper as it's beside the freeway. The breakfast was tasty but could do with some more options. Actually I was very impressed with the area. I came to Arizona for the 2024 Mesa Marathon and will definitely return again and probably use this hotel again."

"Customer service was not good. My room was dirty and when I told staff they just said oh sorry. The pool longers on the kid side of the pool are rusted out I layed on one and fell cut myself on the rusted back of the lounger cut my finger and was just offered a bandaid. My family had 5 rooms and thats the service that was given.terrible terrible never again."

"This is a beautiful Four Seasons hotel, though the public areas feel a bit small. There are more staff than guests. The pool is open 24 hours, but towels aren't collected promptly. The service is a bit rough, but it's quite good in the US."

"Beautiful canyon suite - 1 full bath with shower & tub and a half bath. Lovely family room with a television and a small dining room table. The patio overlooked a beautiful garden. The breakfast was delicious. Buzz was fantastic- so personable and helpful. The grounds were impeccable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were eager to help and were very professional. Can’t wait to return."

"I found black hairs in the bed & on the towels . The staff at breakfast were not happy & it took them forever to replenish the food . They also did not understand English too well . I would not recommend having breakfast here . Denny’s is close by ."

The room also had a bit of leftover wrappers on the floor from previous guest. Not bad overall though."
