When I arrived to check in, the front desk personnel told me I had to wait until this person was done eating. Thats not to way to treat guest. But when I did check out that front desk personnel was a great person. Thank u

The accommodations were simple, clean, tidy and in a great location with walking access to all the local amenities.

Staff was nice and location is convenient. The room had a few nicks and the walls were very thin and could hear neighbors. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

If you’re on the bottom floor, you’re likely going to hear the people above you. The first night the people above me were VERY loud, and disrupted my sleep. If it continued, I would have alerted management. But for the remainder of my stay the noise was bearable with my sleephones.
Very clean, climate control worked very well and quietly. Fridge worked great.
I would definitely stay here again if I took another cost-conscious visit to Phoenix/Scottsdale.

What you’d expect for the price. Reasonably clean. Quite small. Off a busy street so room at the back would be best. Not terrible by any stretch but keep your expectations in check. Did not swim but pool looked clean. Pancake house immediately next door was very good.

Classic Motel 6. However a better neighborhood than most in the valley. This location will definitely be my go-to Motel 6 from now on. I generally stay with Motel 6 because, well they leave the light on for ya. (However the light in the room was off and very dark upon entering.) And there is an awesome breakfast restaurant next door, a definite must to start your day!

The old seemingly caucasian lady at the front desk was uptight and rude. Every question i asked her she was negative towards and objected only to end up agreeing that i can in fact do certain things. She was very different.
Other than that rooms are clean, must pay $10 to park or park on the street. It was easy to find parking on the street and a short distance from our room.

The woman staffing the front desk when I checked in (about 5pm on 12/29/23) was pretty rude and condescending. Mind you, I can stay at ritzier places, but c'mon, courtesy costs you nothing and earns you everything! Other than her negative first impression, everything was what I expected it to be, no more and no less.
