I have been coming to this fantastic restaurant for over 12 years and each year it seems to get better and better. Family run warm and friendly with real authentic local dishes but with a modern twist. Home made pasta, everything that’s in season, porcini, figs and often own grown produce. Various freshly sourced seafood including mare crudi a specialty. After a recent refurbishment the restaurant is modern, comfortable and relaxing. A restaurant not to be missed.

Siamo stati per pranzo Pasquale con menù fisso , siamo stati anche a Natale , il personale insufficiente per servire gli ospiti , menù deludente il primo veramente immangiabile dei ravioli con un trito di agnello un ragù bianco acquoso , non è stato portato in tavola il parmigiano , secondo arrosto misto ma patatine fritte tonde sottili ma quelle pronte quelle in busta , in definitiva una delusione e quindi una bocciatura in pieno .

Ci sono stato a Natale me ne avevano parlato bene dopo il rinnovo della sala . Ambiente confortevole come le poltrone sulle quali ci si accomoda , il pranzo con un menù ottimo e cotture giuste anche le famose cicorielle con gli antipasti , primi veramente ottimi , come i secondi e frutta e dolce una ciskake alla frutta. Unica pecca un po’ lento il procedere ma con due chiacchiere passa la giornata , ci ritornerò .

quattro amici, 10 giorni per vedere il possibile, abbiamo iniziato bene soggiornando all'Hotel La Silvana, un complesso bellissimo immerso nel verde, pulito silenzioso a parte il canto del pavone che ogni tanto si faceva sentire le camere pulitissime con un balconcino dove gli occhi riempivano il cuore... la cucina divina grazie alla signora Anna e alla sua mamma il signor Aldino un ottimo padrone di casa, che ci intratteneva con i suoi racconti e i suoi consigli ringraziamo poi Vito per averci aiutato nella scelta dei vini, e Manuela per la freschezza e la gentilezza nel servirci la cucina, mio figlio direbbe spaziale, ogni sera ci hanno deliziato con piatti della loro tradizione uno più buono dell'altro....che dire dovessimo tornare sarebbe sicuramente il posto che sceglieremmo ancora per tante vole...ne vale la pena Rigraziamo ancora per le attenzioni ricevute. I 4 signori di Mantova

Sebbene non sia facile raggiungere la struttura che si trova in una posizione non centrale e disagevole per la sua altitudine, tuttavia la stessa permette di raggiungere in poco tempo tutti i paesi limitrofi. Ottimo, in particola modo, per chi abbia intenzione di visitare lo zoo di Fasano, a 5 minuti dalla struttura. Le stanze, pur non essendo moderne, presentano ogni confort ed estrema pulizia. Il punto di forza è la gestione familiare e l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato!

Sin dall'arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera molto premurosa e cordialissima, aiutati anche a portare le valigie. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, con un balcone terrazzino perfetto per rilassarsi. L'albergo perfettamente tenuto è una bellissima villa immersa in un oasi di verde e tranquillità con un ampia e fresca sala per i pasti e un bel porticato dove poter cenare o prendere qualcosa di fresco. La cucina è ottima, dalla colazione alla cena, con piatti tipici come burrata, orecchiette, arrosti di carne, timballi con cozze e disponibilità ad accogliere variazioni e richieste. Il fiore all'occhiello sono il proprietario e il personale, tutte persone cordiali, accoglienti e vere, pronte anche a condividere la loro esperienza per aiutare a vivere una vacanza nei luoghi limitrofi. Se chiedo a mio figlio di quattro anni cosa ha preferito della vacanza, mi risponde: la Silvana!
