There are 3 facilities in Sendai City for a ribmax series hotel. One of them stayed in Sendai Kokubuncho for the first time. The price is also one night on weekends. Very reasonable at a price that cuts 4000 yen. Hotel in downtown. You can see a black building in a gorgeous building. There is a cafe called Max Cafe on the first floor. However, it closes at 5 pm at check-in to prevent corona. (Sorry). The room is larger than each hotel on Aoba-dori and Hirose-dori in Sendai City. The unit bath didn't feel cramped either. Also, breakfast is included and free, which is not found in other stores in Sendai. The number of items is small, but it is enough to fill your stomach with rice, bread, salad 🥗, scrambled eggs, etc. Seven-Eleven is a 0-minute walk. There are many restaurants. Kokubuncho police box at some time is also soba. The price is also cheap. It is a good hotel.

The room stayed on the new executive floor. It was very beautiful for a new room... The shower room is not so, and it is hard to get hot water. (It's too old to adjust the temperature) Only the shower head is new w The scenery was beautiful though I couldn't see Kannon. I had dinner with two meals, but I couldn't give the bag that I had given to other customers at that time. I thought you were eating for free, but not. I just forgot, but I touched a little, so I will write it. Is the dish okay? It feels like an ordinary restaurant. Breakfast was Japanese, but it was delicious. i wanted rice, but... And then, when I checked in, I heard the next check-in person saying that I should stop at the underground parking lot if I move because I will do something in the parking lot the next day. Did we come by car without being told? I was guided to the room without being asked. Well, I heard it, so I stopped at the underground parking lot. If the charge is different, this is different.

Booked two rooms, so the comments are repeated~ Sendai's Saturday price doubled, which is really scary. Be sure to book early, otherwise there are not many choices and it's super expensive. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Sendai Station, and there is a convenience store two steps away. Walk a little further to JR Aoba-dori Station. If you want to go to Matsushima, this is the starting station with a seat. And there is a beef tongue chain store Zenjiro 5-10 minutes away. The queue is definitely less than Sendai Station and the station front store! It is also close to the pedestrian street Ichibancho and Nagakecho. It is certain that Japanese hotel rooms are small, and it is difficult for two people to sleep on such a small bed. I don't know why, the floor I stayed in smelled a lot of gasoline. The sound insulation in the room is not good, and I can hear people talking in the corridor. The hotel is standard and the price-performance ratio is still good. One thing to mention is that you have to leave the key at the front desk when you leave the hotel, which is a bit strange, and there will be no identity confirmation when you come back to get the key.

The facilities are quite good, but the chairs were a little small and uncomfortable to sit on. The bottom of the bathtub was floppy, which made me a little worried. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, but it slipped out of its bag and nearly fell into the toilet. Other than that, I was very satisfied without having to go to the expensive hotel next door.

It was very uneasy and inconvenient that I couldn't make a reservation in advance for the parking lot.
The room and facilities themselves were clean and comfortable.
Convenience is also good from Sendai Station.
The elevator ２ machine was a specification to stop at the front desk on the second floor every time, so it took a lot of time to call and ride, so I felt that I needed a leisurely action.

The smell was strange at the moment I entered the room and opened the door of the unit bus. I was surprised by the terrible dirt of the toilet seat in the toilet. It's too bad. I told the front desk that I asked you to clean it while I was out. I really wanted to change the room itself .... We should discuss the hotel's response until we have a convincing answer to the hotel's 々 responsibility and not to do this again. Don't end with a slick answer. Feel the seriousness of the repeater's decrease of one person. And never think sweetly. I didn't have a word of apology at check-out, and I thought it was worth staying at this hotel until I paid a high price. I'm really sorry.

Near arcade, downtown. The subway station is also close. There is a convenience store nearby. The facilities are old and the bathtub is small. The temperature adjustment of hot water sometimes became strange. WiFi was not secured. But the price is affordable, so it will be a candidate to stay again.

I had planned to stay as a family of three, but two of my family members were unable to come due to poor health. I requested a cancellation on the morning of the day, but it was decided that cancellation was not possible, so I stayed alone since I had come all the way.
However, I was able to use the breakfast voucher for the person who was unable to come for dinner, and I was able to have a very delicious dinner.
The hotel lounge also had self-service drinks, so I was able to relax both in the evening and in the morning.
There is a pharmacy and Seijo Ishii nearby, the Shinkansen boarding entrance is also close by, and the room was very clean, so it was a very satisfying stay.
I plan to go again with my family next time.
