We had a junior suite for three people: large room, and a very large bathroom with super-shower. An open wardrobe with long mirror, plus two little balconies with clotheslines. In few words, all what we needed. People super gentle everywhere from reception to room service to breakfast room, furthermore the beach was in front of the hotel and the beach service was great, the entertainment (which I normally don't like) was so nice such that people from other beaches was coming to participate. Free shuttle to/from train station. Walking distance to the city center and to the famous ”rotonda sul mare”, but far enough to avoid too much confusion during the evening. I would rate it a 4-stars hotel, definitely.

I went to the Spa at Hotel Raffaello after booking a muscle massage. The receptionists confirmed it two times and I communicated clearly that was the type of massage I booked. When I arrived to meet the masseuse Anna, she immediately told me that she doesn’t do that type of massage and that it is not her fault that it is offered on the spa menu. She said she only does massages her way. I found that weird but I decided to continue. After two minutes into the massage she said that I was tense and asked me if I want to stop because I probably don’t like her massage. I didn’t feel that tense but after she asked me again, I definitely started feeling tense. After about twenty minutes she asked me to turn around. I asked her if she could focus a little bit more on my shoulders. After I asked her that, she seemed offended and said that she does the massage her way and that the reason that I asked her that was because I didn’t like her massage. Then, she again said that I “ don’t like her massage “ and said that I don’t speak Italian well and that I don't understand her. ( which is not true I am Italian and speak the language fluently, it felt really insulting ) and because I didn’t like her from the start. It started to feel very aggressive and I felt like I became her therapist.. I told her that I would like to stop ( after about twenty minutes ) because the conversation made me uncomfortable and because I actually came for a massage but she continued to say that I don’t like her. I asked her to unlock the door so I could leave, which after a minute she did. When I went down to the receptionist and explained the situation and how uncomfortable I felt after, they said: well, we can’t do anything about it and charged me half the price. They ignored the fact that the masseuse insulted me and still decided to charge me, even though I left after twenty minutes. I have never had such a bad massage experience and I have had many massages, from sports massage to Ayurvedic as I travel a lot for work and frequently need massages. If you want a relaxing, quality experience I don't recommend this place.

Ottimo hotel sul lungomare di Marotta-Ponte Sasso a Fano. Camere tutte nuove e rifatte da poco, profumate, complete dell’essenziale e pulite. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta di prodotti vegani, varietà infinita di torte e dolci fatti in casa. Servizio super. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Costo contenuto (63€ a notte la doppia). Ottimo

Hotel con stanze datate, sporche e con moquette... Ho chiesto diverse volte un'ulteriore pulizia della mia stanza poiché c'era un contenitore delle sorprese dell'uovo Kinder (ovviamente non mio) e filtri di sigarette sotto il letto (ma né io né mio marito fumiamo). Dopo questa mia richiesta, i filtri sono spariti, mentre il contenitore è rimasto...per questo motivo reputo superficiale la pulizia delle camere. Inoltre il prezzo di una camera con letto matrimoniale (da noi richiesta specificamente) su altri siti costava meno rispetto a quanto ci è stato detto per telefono. E al check - in ci è stata data una camera con due letti singoli (ricevuta in quanto ci è stato detto che era l'unica camera rimanente). Nota positiva la piscina e la cortesia al bar. Sicuramente non ci tornerei

I stayed from March 13th 2023 to March 18th. Hotel located in a comfortable location to reach also walking and with little effort every area of Ancona. Most beautiful hotel located in historic building. The attention and courtesy of the staff to the clients is maniacal. Everyone was ready to meet with a smile and courtesy every request made by me. Very clean structure. Another accuracy used to the customer is that of free use without further economic worsening of what is present in the refrigerator bar that is pointlessly restored every morning as well as the tisane and coffee that you can do at any time with the The continental breakfast with sweet and salt is served with genuine, good and varied products.Good the chance of having orange sprinkling made at the moment and very tasty.
