오늘 수서역에서 아침 일찍 열차를 이용할 일이 있어서 재방문했는데요. 이전 분들의 리뷰가 무색할 정도로 방이 깨끗하고 부분적으로 리모델링을 하셔서 한결 쾌적하게 숙박했습니다. 조명도 더 밝아진 느낌이었습니다. 조식을 못먹어본 것이 아쉽네요. (한식과 아메리칸브렉퍼스트) 프론트의 신사분께서는 여전히 정중하고 친절하셨습니다. 위치가 정말 좋아요. 다음에 또 그쪽 갈 일 있으면 재투숙 각입니다.

高級感あるお部屋に日本語でも対応してくださる親切なスタッフ、5つ星ホテルに宿泊している位快適な滞在ができました。冷蔵庫にはペットボトルの水と缶飲料が用意されていました。

최악 중 최악입니다. 정말 웬만하면 이런 글 작성 안하는데 정말 별로입니다. 먹다 남은 물, 베게에 곰팡이 자국과 더더욱이 냉장고에 곰팡이 있는건 정말 너무 충격적이었습니다

주차를 대신 해주시고, 주차장이나 프론트 직원분들은 대체적으로 친절해요! 숙박을 하면서 아쉬웠던점은 저희가 퇴실하는날에 객실 내부를 치워주시면 된다고 말씀을 드렸었는데, 직원분들이 바뀌어서 체크를 못하신건지 아니면 저희가 연휴동안 연박이라 그런건지 모르겠는데 머무는동안 하루마다 치워드릴까요?라고 하루마다 전화가 오던데 프론트에서 메모를 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 아! 그리고 배달을 시키면 배달하시는분이 못올라오시나봐요. 배달시킬때마다 1층으로 내려가야되는것도 조금 힘들었습니다..ㅠㅠ 그래도 객실 상태는 깔끔한 편이었고 조명은 사진을 보시면 아시겠지만 전구색 조명등이고요. 수건이나 물 등등을 프론트에 요청할때마다 다 들어주셔서 편하게 잘 머물다 갑니다.!

호텔룸의 청결도는 정말 대만족이었고 대형욕조에 비치된 어메니티도 부족함없이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 사정상 식사는 불포함이라서 경험해보지 못해서 궁금하고 미련이 남네요. 위치는 강남인데도 조용하고 대형병원과도 가깝고 택시도 많이 다녀서 교통이용에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다.
다음에도 트립닷컴을 이용해서 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 편안한 숙소였습니다. 크리스마스 성수기라서 룸예약이 힘들었는데 트립닷컴 덕분에 좋은 숙소에서 행복한 휴식을 보냈습니다.

인근에 일이 있어 급히 숙소를 잡았다
거의 뜬눈으로 밤을샜다.
드럽고 불결하고 온몸에 벌레가 다닐것만 같은 공포였다
일명 귀곡산장이랄까? 시설이야 노후되 어쩔수없다만 청결이라도 해야는건 아닌지??
욕실을보고 놀라 뒤로 자빠질뻔..
곰팡이의 온상이었다.너무너무 심해서 글로 다 적질 먹할정도로ㅠㅠ

걸을때마다 발바닥에 오물이 가득 묻고 벽과 스탠드 등에 뭔지 모를 끈끈한 액체가 여기저기. 침대근처에서 주먹만한 머리카락이 오물과 뒤엉켜 딸려나오고.
너무 최악이라 밤새도록 울다 한숨도 못잤네요.
트라우마가 생겨서 이제 관광호텔은 평생 못갈듯해요.
내인생 최악의 밤이었어요.우웩!
