The room is small and there is no toothbrush and toothpaste but you can get it from the vending machine in the lobby. They only provide bottle water on the first day but you can get water outside room 3 of every floor. The shower and toilet are beside each other so after shower everything will be wet. The water pressure is fine if no one turn on tap at the sink outside at the same time. If they do, the water will temperature will be a bit unstable and preasure will be weaker. AC is fine but the first day you use it, there could be dust fall out onto the bed. You can borrow a luggage trolley from the lobby, which is very convenient if you leave with lots of luggage and not enough hand to push all of them down to the lobby and to the bus stop outside. The bus stop and a lot of shopping mall are outside so it is very convenient. There are lots of good food behind HelloApm, which is close by. Found two places with the face of the famous Korean Chef who is always on variety show. The lobby staffs nicely helped me search for food too.

It was raining on the day I arrived in Korea and I had heavy luggage, so the limousine bus stop was right in front of me, which was very helpful. It was convenient because the exchange office, CU and GS25 were right in front of me. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. There was a water dispenser on the same floor, which was convenient, and the room was clean. The shower toilet also felt a little old, but it didn't feel unclean and could be used normally. I really liked the microwave. The mug wasn't clean, and it was left unwashed, or rather, there was food residue on it.I wonder how the hotel checks it? I was a little disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Dongdaemun.

Forgot to take pictures, the room layout is very warm and large, the equipment is fully equipped and convenient to use, the front desk sister service is very warm and thoughtful, although the younger sister is not Chinese but the translation software is very convenient to communicate without problems, the little sister English is very good. The only downside is that it is not very easy to find. I am the hotel on Ctrip. The name displayed on the Ctrip is Chinese and English. The real store signature is Korean. If you can mark Chinese and English in the same place, it is better.
