Les Bains de Secours

You have to be prepared to drive about 15 km on small winding roads in the foothills of the Pyrenees to find the hotel (belonging to the Logis). It is best to use the navigation system. You will find a country house in an absolutely quiet location, which makes a very well-kept impression inside and convinces with friendly staff and a very good kitchen. The rooms are basic, the bed was very good, but the morning shower was nauseating. I have seldom experienced a shower at Hotels des Logis where the remains of the soap and probably also the skin particles from the previous tenants could be found as dirty brown edges in various corners. I pointed this out to the lady at reception and received a "generous" discount from the patron (free breakfast and a slightly reduced room rate). Now I hope that the notice will bring about a change in terms of cleanliness and hygiene in the bathroom. Because visitors come a long way and find a nice and good house, which unfortunately wasn't as clean as one would expect from a house from the Logis, which is rated with more than 9 out of 10 points

The frame is very nice. In the middle of the countryside and it feels good not to hear anything outside. The owner's welcome was warm. He even accompanied us to the room. It's been a long time since I had this honor!!! Very simple room. Quite good bedding. Very sufficient bathroom. Small downside: the snoring of the next room. The hotelier is not at fault, of course, except by improving the soundproofing of the rooms. Overall it was good. We will be back!!!

Restauration sur place de tres grande qualité. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel chaleureux

Une belle parenthèse dans cet écrin de verdure aux pieds de Pyrénées. Rustique et authentique. Cuisine de très grande qualité gastronomique aux tarifs très raisonnables. J'y retournerai dès que possible.
