Rey de Sevilla Flats - Macarena

The apar**ent is great, the location is very good, in front of it is a tapas bar that is a delight. Great cleaning and attention also if I have to put something but, missing some more plugs and lamps on the bedside tables.

Apar**ent very well located, just behind the Macarena church. We had the orange apar**ent, which is behind the street and is a ground floor. The apar**ent is big enough for two people. It had two single beds, which for me was quite uncomfortable since the mattress was springs and I'm not used to them. The apar**ent has several drawbacks...if what you want is absolute silence and tranquility to sleep at night...bring earplugs. I don't know if in the apar**ents on the upper floors you would hear less noise but in ours you could hear absolutely everything. Being in a basement and next to the street where the cars passed, you can hear everything a lot but good. Another negative point is that the room does not have radiators. It has an air conditioner with which you can put hot air, but being far from the bed the hot air barely reached it. The bathroom is very good. The shower was huge and that is appreciated, since in many accommodations I have stayed in, the shower is very small and you can barely move. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled strongly of plumbing and was unbearable. Closing the door prevented the smell from coming out into the room, but oh well. The kitchen, well, without further ado, although the fires.... if you want to cook something elaborate, it's better to go to dinner at a restaurant because it's going to take a long time. They don't have much power and it takes a long time to heat anything. But despite not having much power, the fix does it perfectly. We had breakfast at the Alcoba del Rey hotel and it was very good and varied. The boy who served us was super friendly and polite. It is an apar**ent that if I return to the city I will surely return, but in my opinion they have to improve some things like the ones I mentioned, air conditioning and soundproofing. The trea**ent of the girls at the reception was very good for both of them. I will be back

Ubicación bastante céntrica, a 20 minutos andando de la Giralda, se aparca con relativa facilidad sin tener que pagar. Fuimos dos adultos y dos niños y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, la cama y el sofá cama bastante cómodos aunque las almohadas demasiado finas, en la ducha el agua caliente sale enseguida pero no se había hecho limpieza a fondo cuando llegamos, las mesillas estaban llenas de polvo y debajo de la cama había muchas pelusas que se volaron por todo el apartamento al abrir las ventanas.

Ubicación muy buena. Se llega al centro dando un paseo. Apartamento con todo lo necesario. La única pega es que el apartamento necesitaba una limpieza antes de entrar ya que había mucho polvo y pelusas. Por lo demás la estancia ha sido muy buena.

El apartamento está “bien” aunque con muchos defectos a mejorar , no está insonorizado por lo cual al ser un bajo se escucha TODO lo que pasa en la calle tanto por la noche como por la mañana que a las 6:30-7:00 ya hay repartidores de los comercios locales y hay bastante jaleo . Y lo que menos me gustó fue que no tenía limpieza ni cambio de toallas y cuando llamé a recepción una de las trabajadoras fue muy poco amable , diciéndome que lo que había firmado se informaba de esto y si quería un cambio de toallas tenía que abonar 12 eu y que ya limpiarían cuando nos fuéramos . La verdad es que me habría gustado saber esto mucho antes por qué vamos con un bebé y mínimo las toallas limpias cada día no me parece nada descabellado , pero parece que a la chica de recepción si y le pareció que yo exageraba ya que ella se va de vacaciones a la playa y utiliza las mismas toallas 5 días , enfin … oye cada uno con su higiene es libre de hacer lo que quiera, pero deberían avisar para que la gente lo sepa . Otro punto negativo es la ubicación , si muy cerca de la Macarena pero ya está el resto de sitios típicos a visitar mínimo 30min andando y algunos a 60min , vamos que no es nada cómodo si quieres visitar Sevilla y no solo la macarena .

Habitación super completa y acogedora, estaba muy bien equipada, con lujo de detalles. La atención fue inmejorable y la flexibilidad horaria nos facilito mucho las cosas, ya que llegamos de madrugada. Está muy bien situado justo al lado de la macarena, rodeado de supermercados, y distintos ambientes de ocio. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
