It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems."

It is also clean and tidy, and the equipment is easy to use. The service is very considerate. There are snacks at the door, good morning chocolate and water every day, so there is a great sense of detail. I think this is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. The living room and dining room on the first floor are also very beautiful. In short, if you like beauty, you can definitely come here. The location is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Seville. It only takes ten minutes. It’s very easy to shop along the street."

Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. After pre-checking in earlier, I was promised my luggage would be in the room, but when I returned exhausted in the evening, I still had to go down to the baggage area to find it myself. And don't even get me started on the long queues for check-in where not even a glass of water is offered. Forget comparing it to hotels in China; it can't even hold a candle to hotels in Cordoba, Madrid, or Barcelona. Besides the good location and interesting architecture, there's nothing else worth praising!"

"After a two-year break (last time in Madrid), I continued my exploration of high-tech Spanish hostels. This time in Seville. Futurotel was certainly impressive. I've seen all of these things individually before: the capsules themselves in capsule hotels at Russian airports, and high-tech toilets 10 years ago in Japan and South Korea. But taken together, they're impressive. The plastic casing of the capsules themselves doesn't solve the soundproofing issue... And, of course, for capsules, it's still not cheap, given the limited space."

"The hotel is a renovated 17th century old house, but the room facilities are very modern and comfortable. The view from the rooftop is especially beautiful, especially in the morning when the sun shines directly on the cathedral, which is very beautiful. "I don’t often review hotels but this place is genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had. Despite being slightly outside the city centre, the staff were all some of the smiliest, friendliest people and helpful in all aspects from booking trips to finding restaurants. I’d say the true mark of a great hotel is somewhere you feel comfortable and this hit all the bases. If you’re happy to make a short journey into the town every day, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Also, the pool, gym and breakfast buffet are unbelievable. I almost don’t want to add a review to keep it as a hidden gem!"
