They even moved us to a different room a second time, and it still wasn't clean. It was dusty, the glasses were dirty and stained, and the faucet didn't work. It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems."

"I didn’t expect to be the first reviewer of this hotel. This hotel is really amazing! Chong who has artistic talent, loves cleanliness and provides considerate service! All the pictures are direct shots of the original pictures. It deserves to be ranked in the design list. It is really beautiful. I even like the wallpaper. The hotel alone is absolutely stunning. It is also clean and tidy, and the equipment is easy to use. The service is very considerate. There are snacks at the door, good morning chocolate and water every day, so there is a great sense of detail. I think this is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. The living room and dining room on the first floor are also very beautiful. In short, if you like beauty, you can definitely come here. The location is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Seville. It only takes ten minutes. It’s very easy to shop along the street."

"Location is a bit away from the downtown, need to walk around 15-25 min to get to the main sights. Clean, big room, nice pool. The downsides - the pool has not enough beds, so guests have to lie down and tan in the bar area - which was a bit weird, and if someone from the pool area bed leaves - people are running to occupy that place. Not a great feeling . Also we were asked to pay extra for a child - this spoiled our travel mood from the very start at the check in - we travel often and we were never asked to pay extra for a child living with us. And quite costly, just like per adult. Also this was done in a very cold and official manner that gave us a bad feeling and honestly, after this, those three days that we stayed in this hotel I always had a feeling that I want to leave as soon as possible. Not a pleasant staff"

"I don’t often review hotels but this place is genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had. Despite being slightly outside the city centre, the staff were all some of the smiliest, friendliest people and helpful in all aspects from booking trips to finding restaurants. I’d say the true mark of a great hotel is somewhere you feel comfortable and this hit all the bases. If you’re happy to make a short journey into the town every day, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Also, the pool, gym and breakfast buffet are unbelievable. I almost don’t want to add a review to keep it as a hidden gem!"

"It is a 5-star, ultra-luxury high-rise hotel that serves as a landmark visible from afar. However, I think they need to pay more attention to their operations. I stayed for two days; on the second day, they didn't water the plants, so I tried to call, but the phone wasn't working. I went down to the front desk to give notice. A staff member came up quickly to inspect it, and said they couldn't fix it but would replace it. Since then, I haven't heard anything. Then, around 3 AM, I got up to use the bathroom and found the lights wouldn't turn on. Alarmed, I went down to the front desk wondering what was wrong, but they looked like they were going crazy and didn't know either. It looked like there was nothing they could do. It seemed like there was a problem with the management. I felt that they were making massive efforts to cut costs in facility maintenance, and the staff seemed to be struggling to clean up the mess. The hotel itself is high-rise and has a fantastic view, so a panoramic view unfolds as soon as you enter the room. It feels like a cool hotel straight out of a movie. It is quite far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi to Plaza de España. I tried to take the bus, but since there are too many alleyways in the city center for the bus to enter, I had to get off far away, which meant I had to walk a long distance anyway. It is just a bit of a walk to the cathedral, though. It feels like a hotel that made a significant initial investment, but lacks investment in actual operation."

"I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. After pre-checking in earlier, I was promised my luggage would be in the room, but when I returned exhausted in the evening, I still had to go down to the baggage area to find it myself. And don't even get me started on the long queues for check-in where not even a glass of water is offered. Forget comparing it to hotels in China; it can't even hold a candle to hotels in Cordoba, Madrid, or Barcelona. Besides the good location and interesting architecture, there's nothing else worth praising!"
