It would seem most of the reviews were written during the height of the tourist season, we've been here for 2 days already. Food is very good and plentiful, staff are amazingly friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Beach is somewhat rubbish and seems to be a lot of rubbish there, but that's about the only bad bit to be honest. Pool is clean and quiet, temperature is still high. Rooms are good and cleaned every day .

This hotel is beyond anything I have ever experienced, there is a complete diregard for health and safety to name a few.... broken equipment, rubble and rusty metal on the beach, feaces in the pool, lifeguards iether on their phone or not there at all. Over 1/2 of our party of 26 were taken ill or injured. Reception will right down complaints on scrap paper and give you a false name knowing that you will need this as proof of your complaint!!! Although this holiday was advertised and booked as all inclusive we had to eat out most evenings and were denied such simple things as a small beer or diet sodas for my diabetic son!! with the sta**ent "We donot have this or no more run out" We were denied access to the advertised indoor pool when we refused to swim in feaces and despite how frustrated I must have looked with 4 crying children that just wanted swim, the man who denied us acces attempted to sell me a spa/massage trea**ent!! The food was not labelled, not kept to temperature and none of it was covered, inviting flies to eat more than us!! we were also on a number of occassion served raw chicken which is extremely dangerous!!To add to that getting stuck in the toilet with no tissue (until we started to realised we would have to take our own) and many of us had to go back to our rooms to use the toilet as if you were wearing sandles the filthy water swimming around in the toilets all over the floor would go on your feet! There are many other things to list however after already having one review removed I am making yet a second attemp to warn others not to fall for the hotel from hell that is certainly not what is being sold!!!!!!! Beside the total disregard for our complaints at this hotel and through the rep we have also been totally left high and dry by loveholidays who at this point ARE REFUSING TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS SHAMBLES. Please dont be fooled by any adverts or write ups and avoid this place.

Please do not go to this hotel, and if you have booked through love holidays you will basically be on your own, no help whatsoever, firstly this hotel is not as advertised on many sites, the food is not up to any standard at all they will run out of drinks and if like myself only drink beer you will have to pay for it (all inclusive) the pool area broken sun beds , tiles off the floor , unfortunately during our unfortunate weeks stay here endured days of people pooing in the pool, scooped out with a net and placed in a bin around the pool , no cutlery no plates dirty floors dirty tables, no labelling on food not allowing diabetics to have zero sugar drinks, depending on who served you , raw food being served in the al a cart restaurant, beach awful, queuing for the simplest of things like fried eggs or pancakes and people pushing in and being served before you even though you have been stood there for sometimes twenty plus minutes, queuing and getting to the front and just being told finished! Rooms are not as in the pictures so please don’t be fooled , we have been to Tunisia a couple of times before and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever been to, door handles on the floor just picked up by porter and put on the side , my granddaughter got locked in a toilet, the hotels response she should not be allowed to go in there on her own, she is nine and was with her auntie in the next cubicle, please sort out you disgusting replies. Complaints to our holiday company which we booked with have been unbelievable, basically all of the people in our group and also the many complaints on Tripadvisor by others are according to the hotel lies, I have and would never in my life lie about anything and find this a very personal attack, this hotel and holiday company seriously need to take a look at there customer service care because in mine and many other eyes they are a complete joke!!!!!! Unfortunately I will not be returning to Tunisia, because this holiday has been so traumatic, and is continuing to be because of the lack and understanding by both, family members in our group had not been on holiday for 5 years, and had saved for this absolute sham of a place , you should both be very ashamed of customer service.

I went with my 2 grand daughters in august weather excellent . The hotel rooms are not as in the picture at all. The toilet is actually opening in the bedroom so you can imagine what that could cause, the shower is more a small wet space . there was a pull out bed but if you took it out you couldn 't move. We found lots of ants the first night the girls didn t want to sleep as the ants where everywhere bed floor wall..i spoke with reception for a couple of days was ok then started again. Luckily i brought some insect repellent... Meals time is a carnage. First of all they don t cater for European at all. The majority of the guests are Algerian and Maroccan . Even the food was good( not all)it was always too spicy and there is nearly no food for children. I have to queue for over 30 minutes to get something for the girls left alone at the table.(few times I found them in tears not knowing where i was)I never see such a food waste in my life. people piled up their plates and eat a third of it with the conseguence that we have to wait for the food to be replaced. I end up eating a lot of melon, the girls cheese and bread .First time i came home having loosing weigth in a all inclusive hotel. And that also is not all inclusive at all the ice cream was available only at 4 o clock again a queue for half an hour. They run out of Fanta water every time. the morning there was a toast machine that took three goes to toast the bread some morning there was no bread for it so no toast. There was another bar/restaurant were you could have breakfast if you were late for the "normal" one. One morning we did go there at 10.30 ( was supposed to be till 11) there was nothing. I ask a waiter that was looking at his phone( i speak french well) he just shrugged and say is not his job...Rude I complained but nothing changed..I though talked to the chef and few times he did some chips for the girls. The pool does never get clean..no chlorine.. children defecate in it..it was unbelievable... on the plus the animation team was amazing Bibo, Mario, Patrix, Nino cappuccino, Max and the rest they did make the girls laugh, dance and they were good really good...some of the shows were good too..I also need to mention Adam the bar tender was always with a smile and very efficient..We did some amazing trips thank to Bessem . I wouldnt go back there again.. The waterpark with the slides was good, the minigolf is unkept.. We also still looking for the 3 restaurants in the description...we found one and book a table...The food was the same but at least you dont have to fight for it and you could relax a bit.. this is not at all as described no international cuisine no all inclusive no 4 star at all no children menu..The cleaners were amazing as well but for the rest not for family not for european no if you want to eat

Anyone considering this hotel I beg you not to . I promise it is as bad as the reviews are on here . Our flight was delayed resulting to us checking in at 3am .check in was easy , we had a lovely lad taking us to our ant infested dirty room . Next morning we went down for breakfast late 950am and it was like a cattle market and a tip at same time .. hotel said it’s certain religions fault .. ok so next morning we went for breakfast when the doors open . Flies everywhere . Filthy floor from dinner day before .. now that isn’t anyone’s fault but the hotel .. my 7 year old was going up the stairs to water slide and a very rude lad ( Algerian ) pushed her resulting in a huge bruise on shoulder. She came down the slide and my 17 year old son was waiting at bottom to catch her and a fully grown man ( Algerian ) tried tipping her off the rubber ring as he wanted to use it . Honestly the people are lethal with no manners . ***NOW FOR THE WORSE BIT** Certain religions pooing in pool .. hotel said they don’t believe in putting swim nappies on baby’s . LIES .. the video evidence I have of the life guards taking poo out is definitely not a child’s !!! Other people who were at the hotel said it’s been happening all week !!! Hotel just took poo out and put it in a bin 30 footsteps from pool . Absolutely disgusting ! Worse 3 days of my life . We got moved to a new hotel which was amazing. I also do believe that bad reviews are been deleted as people mentioned other religions 🙄

If your planning on coming to this hotel please don’t!!! From the moment we got here I was living an absolute holiday from hell, it states the food is international which it’s far from it nothing is labelled most things are undercooked everyone in our party spent days on end in bed there is nothing for kids we’ve ate out everyday which again limited It’s meant to be an all inclusive but yet everyday they ran out of drinks and panini and other snack time food, they couldn’t cater for diabetics or allergies!! The hotel itself is rundown lots of things broken lights around complex broken felt unsafe to walk around at night!!! The place smelt like a sewer my 4 year old refused to use the toilet facilities as they stunk so bad and was always dangerous slippery never any toilet roll!! The sunbed and chairs were broken, tiles and wire broken in the swimming pool which cut my children’s feet not only that on a daily basis there was peoples poo in the pool not just once multiple times which lifeguard just said wasn’t there job!! The staff were rude hardly any English spoken if you was European they would serve others (Arabic spoken) before you!! Again being European they just assume your rich and rob you off your money overcharge you on items in the shops, trips, taxi just endless robbery!! Also for anyone that has young blonde European children be warned they do not leave you alone constantly trying to touch them one man kissed my 4 year old child nothing but unsafe here in this complex. The rooms were very outdated infested with ants broken windows and air con, it stated that this hotel was updated in 2019 but this is nothing but a lie!! It’s not worth the money at all and there’s a lot more that can be said on just how outrageous this hotel is!! The only one thing that was good about this hotel was ameen from the animation team he went above and beyond for my family everyday and he is very wasted at this hotel!!!!!!! I cannot express enough how this hotel is not for English people, I am so devastated and appalled what I have witnessed throughout my week here do not let the good reviews sway you to book!!
