酒店設計很用心，床品也不錯，服務很周到！
缺點是禪意空間的審美尚待提高，侘寂風不單是細節，格調更是關鍵。
房間瓶裝薰香，味道過濃。
保暖通風有待改善。
總的來説，是一家值得回顧的酒店！

接待很棒，不是旺季，享受了面面俱到的服務. 有歡迎果盤，房間佈置活動空間很大；湯泉在另一處，容納量不大但是很適合一家人去放鬆一下。早餐也是別具一格的，看圖。看中了有車接送去迪士尼樂園，距離適中，安排的司機也很不錯，建議玩過後隔天一早泡個温泉再退房，非常愜意。

尊享雙人温泉禮遇:很日式的温泉，雖然衹有兩個池，但是完全夠了，我們是早上吃過早餐去泡的，承包了整個温泉，泡得非常舒服。
早餐是10點結束，擺盤比較有儀式感，九宮格，主食可以選擇粥、餛燉和麪條，也有豆漿咖啡牛奶等飲品。
房間很大，有歡迎水果，走的時候還送了小禮品，週末來度個假很不錯。周邊是個古鎮，可以逛逛。美中不足的是吃早餐的時候，有位女士快10點才到，但是服務人員直接關閉了餐廳輕音樂，還有取暖壁爐，缺少了點人性化。

酒店在川沙鎮古鎮裏面，門面不是很明顯，酒店內不錯，房間設施齊全舒適，房間裏很大住的很舒服。酒店內有小型的温泉池，就是小了點，超10人就有點多了，他們家的服務態度也非常不錯。帶家人來度個假不錯，酒店外也有好多本地美食，鹹肉菜飯，獅子頭👍酒店早餐也不錯，每人一份，有粥、麪、小餛飩。

連續兩天酒店電梯是都壞的 給前台反應兩天了衞生間鏡前燈兩個都還是壞的無人維修 房間傢俱沒有打掃乾淨 紙巾一擦就有明顯的污漬 酒店有接送迪士尼的商務車 司機不能按時到店 説是早上七點四十齣發 第一天到八點十分才過來 整整遲到半個小時 第二天更離譜 去的人多一輛車拉不下 司機自己聯繫了另一輛車過來接 所有人一起等第二輛車過來才出發 整整遲到四十分鐘 還趕上早高峯堵車 比自己坐地鐵去迪士尼都要慢 酒店全程沒有任何措施 退房也沒有伴手禮

為了逛附近的奧特萊斯來住了一晚 體驗很不錯 公共温泉挺舒服 前台小姐姐服務態度很棒 早餐也不錯吃 對於第二天要去浦東機場的遊客 和去迪士尼玩的人 選擇這裡是個不錯的選擇

國慶節帶孩子長者旅遊，孩子要去迪士尼玩，入住酒店，店裡提供免費的去迪士尼班車，大約20分鐘車程，長者留在酒店泡温泉，逛古鎮，設施齊全，床品舒適，房間寬敞，服務熱情，古鎮有集市很是熱鬧，推薦。
