首先房間沒礦泉水，問了一下前台他説就是沒有的。出門買水回來之後，電競房起碼要能玩遊戲吧，打開英雄聯盟電腦直接卡死，鼠標沒反應。要求換一間房間，被告知入住一小時了不能更換房間，要求修一下電腦或者換一台，也不能更換。退也不能退，哪怕付鐘點房的錢 也不給退，必須在屋裡住。**！！後來打客服，攜程客服給退了60元。將就住吧，然後早上洗漱沒有涼水，衹有熱水，洗臉刷牙都是問題！！必須給一個惡評，房間很差 很臟！！服務態度極其惡劣！！
