The hotel is really nice. The lobby to the room was nice and very well thought.
Breakfast taste was good but could have bigger and better spread.
The room is very comfortable, bed pillow could have more option, the hotel have turn down service as well.
The hotel should have robot to send the deliveries to the room instead of collecting from then back of the hotel.
***The hotel should give more direction for didi drivers to know how to drive into lobby.
Hotel is in too new area so nothing much around here. Maybe will be back if I have chance.

The hotel is an outstanding hotel to stay when visiting Shanghai. It is located next to the New Bunk shopping mall and access to metro. The hotel service standards are great as they are responsive to my requests and always ready to help. The room is large, comfortable, and nicely designed. They provide complimentary beverage in room. Most important is the staff like Nikki who has been very helpful.

這是一次意外美好的體驗，入住時升級到行政套房，每個人都充滿善意，房間設計洗手間，浴室，梳粧台完全分成三個區域。這是別的酒店沒見過的設計。餐廳沙拉吧非常新鮮，走廊沿途鑲嵌沙發，既不擁擠又方便。非常美好的體驗，下次來上海，會再來

酒店真的好誇張哦 一言不合就升級了超大間的套房 真的驚喜值和體驗感都拉滿了！
昨天下班太晚 又在浦東 第二天還要接着去 懶得回家就想説在前灘附近找家酒店住住吧 在香格里拉和31雅辰之間糾結了下 最後覺得雅辰會新一些 就定了雅辰 不過説實話從攜程上面的官方圖片看起來 當時覺得雅辰內部裝修還蠻普通的
結果入住後真的 才不普通好嘛 很舒服的原木侘寂風 真的是官方圖拍的不好！
辦入住已經快晚上九點了 前台跟我説 因為房客太多 沒我們原本預訂好的大床房了 就免費升級了套房 太驚喜了
但走到房間才發現 我的福氣真是在後頭 套房高級的我有點超乎想象了……
入户有客衞 裏面有客廳、餐廳、衣帽間、書桌、洗手間的玻璃還有液晶屏可看電視、mini bar裏面的零食飲料都可以自取、以及外賣可以有機器人送上門（這個真的要説 見過太多五星級酒店外賣衹能送到前台自取的了）窗外的風景也很好，雖然前面有建築物遮擋，但從浴缸的角度還能看到外面的車流
床品很舒適，應該是鴨絨的，可以聞到鴨味，浴袍是自帶夾絨的，愛了
因為第二天趕着上班，沒有預訂早餐，但説真的1200+的價格享受7000+的套房，真的賺瘋了好嘛
服務也很好，酒店到處都是微笑服務，真的安撫了打工人下班疲憊的心
酒店真好，努力加班，下次再來

以“城市綠洲”的概念引入酒店設計
綠植、木質與金屬混搭出低調奢華
在細節中落足功夫，很多細節可能衹有作為設計師的才能看出用心吧
小小缺陷，如果多一個小泳池就完美了。
早餐半自助形式，但是靠服務員介紹，沒有介紹得特別詳盡，建議直接做成紙質菜單供選擇更好

此外，特別説一下Mei zi的服務很好；
提個要求：希望客房服務還是要及時且更專業些。
還有就是酒吧11點就關了、略早，建議到一點。
