I am used to giving good reviews. No matter where I go, if the service is a little better, I will understand that it is not easy to give good reviews. But this hotel is really hard to describe. During the May Day holiday, the room supply was tight and my personal financial resources were limited (I booked more than 500 per night), so I had to bite the bullet and stay. The only advantage is the location, and it is only the advantage of the geographical location. Other than that, I can only give a bad review: 1. Poor service 1. During the stay, the front desk was basically men, and the service process and attitude were very poor... 2. The cleaning lady had a loud voice and woke me up early in the morning. I went out to stop her several times before she calmed down. After a while, she disturbed other guests, and I heard the stopped noise again. I vaguely heard the cleaning lady's reason was that we had to clean many rooms today... 3. After playing very late, I came back to my room and found that the room card could not be swiped. I contacted the front desk and they came up to open the door. When I opened the door, I saw that the room was not cleaned at all. The reasons given by the gentleman at the front desk were (1) there were too many guests staying in the room; (2) they were afraid of losing the guests' valuables; (during this period, I did not receive any contact to inquire whether the room would be cleaned). Before leaving the next day, I specifically asked the front desk to clean the room today. When I came back very late, the room was not cleaned at all. Later, the person in charge came to solve the problem with a very bad attitude, and gave the same reason as the day before: there were too many guests staying in the past few days! (It is really surprising that the hotel does not care about the hygiene when there are too many guests staying in the hotel)... 4. The hotel does not allow takeout to be delivered to the floor, and the hotel staff will not deliver it to you. You can only get it from the shelf downstairs... 2. Poor environment: 1. When I just checked in, I pressed the light switch and a big spark came out of the plug. The power in the room was cut off instantly. It was too scary. The line was aging (old hotel, I suggest you be cautious); 2. There is no phone in the room. It is very inconvenient to contact the hotel staff if there is a problem. For example, the power outage mentioned in 1 was handled very slowly. They said that they would ask a master to check and turn on the switch again, but they did not check the sparking place: they just said that it was restored and it was fine. 3. The internal sanitation environment of the room is also very poor, broken, old and dirty; 4. After taking a shower, the water in the bathroom did not reach the instep, but almost reached the ankle. It seems that the drainage of the old house must be very blocked...
