Great place to stay at for families. We booked the Deluxe Family Suite. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly. Breakfast is alright. Location is convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

the hotel is well located near Wanda Songjiang, the vicinity has a multitude of fruit, food and liquor shops + mini supermarkets. the lady at the counter was pretty tough and less friendly, despite our attempts to speak Mandarin with her! otherwise, it’s a nice place I’d recommend

The hygiene is so bad. I have never seen an air conditioner that shed dust so crazily. It fell all over the bedside table and half of the bed! My allergic rhinitis recurred and I had to buy medicine in the middle of the night! If I were not in a hurry to go out for something the next day, I would have to make a fuss with the hotel, which would make me angry just thinking about it! Coupled with the bad smell and poor quality aromatherapy that hurts the respiratory tract, it makes me sick! !
