已多次入住這家酒店，這次是最差的一次體驗，沒有之一。
先説房間。訂的高級大床房，四樓電梯還有走一層樓梯不去説。進去後小到和招待所一樣，坡屋面的緣故吧。
廁所有異味，然後斜屋面上洗手間還要注意別碰頭了。早上起來下雨了。天窗漏水，滴滴答答。然後想洗澡，發現浴巾已經全都濕了。衞生間還有異味。隔音也很差，總之以後不會再選擇這家店了。

在攜程上看到了一家評分挺高的漢庭酒店，直接就選擇這家入住了，果然沒有讓我失望，從前台服務到客房衞生都沒得挑，前台小姐姐很貼心，服務很到位，給人一種很親切的感覺，客房大姐打掃衞生也很負責，很乾凈，總之是很愉快的一次入住體驗

服務很差很差很差，攜程上預訂好酒店，早上發過一次電話詢問是否可以提前入住，能提前入住的話，撥打我的電話，中午十一點到達現場，詢問是否可以提前入住，得到否定的回答後，詢問是否兩點能入住，得到可以的答案後，再次要求有房間的話，可以打電話告知，離開酒店，三點再次到達酒店，沒想到告知我們她忘記留房間了，讓我們等二十分鐘，現場安排阿姨打掃

強制辦會員／餐廳服務態度極差
我請問你們是掉錢眼裡了嗎？點個餛飩吃你問我為啥不早説，自己訂單沒核對清楚上來就找我麻煩讓我付錢，你喊那麼大聲你厲害了？房間也很小，空調更是一坨S，我真不明白你拿來的臉讓我強制辦會員的，接待入住的時候親切的不行，一出問題就衹會打太極，誰去誰倒黴收起
