Do not say you have airport shuttle if the hotel and airport driver do not speak or understand 1 word of english. We rang the hotel as instructed but they do not understand you, after trying information and 3 security guards we were finally directed to wait at gate 9 The so called shuttle driver just dropped us on a bridge and pointed to the left then took off. There was no signage showing Pod Inn everything was in Chinese writing. Finally we found the place after 30mins of trying to translate with locals who of course speak no english either but were at least trying to help us. We then spoke to reception through translation that we needed airport shuttle again for 9hrs time and was told no can do! only tomorrow this was at 8.30am in the morning We got our key and took the lift but she didn't tell us there are 2 rooms with 303 one has a B303 which is in a separate wing, twice more we went down to reception until finally she showed us. Totally exhausted from no sleep on the plane was looking forward to some shut eye but alas was not to be as grinders hammers and the like were heard from the renivations. Will never be conned again

The tablet electric mosquito coil was replaced with a liquid one, and I had to go downstairs to get the liquid again. Finally, the front desk brought a remote control to turn on the air conditioner and took it away. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and couldn't adjust the temperature. The only thing to be thankful for is that the water pressure is very high, the hot water is very stable, the bed is relatively clean, and the airport drop-off is also very fast. The bus picked up several hotels together and arrived at T1 in about 15 minutes.
