The toilet is dirty, things are old. Paint are damaged. Chair is smelly and old. The room is smelly as well. For the price, this is not worth it. Please see the photos. The air con is noisy.
The breakfast taste bad and cold.

Inexpensive and cozy hotel near Chuansha metro station and not far from Pudong airport. The room has everything needed. And it is very convenient to stay there if you have an early morning flight from Pudong airport.

We stayed overnight to be closer to the airport the next day. The room was fine and comfortable, but when we turned on the AC it wasn't working well. We checked and made sure we were using it correctly. It was turning on, but the power was so minimal that it wasn't enough. In fact, when we turned it on, we noticed it was already set to 30 degrees. I guess whoever used it before, it wasn't working for them either. We were too tired to complain and just had to huddle together all night to bear the cold.
Also, we noticed that there was a big sign in the lobby that the hotel didn't completely pass the health inspection, with a grade of B. There is a photo from the lobby included (21/12/2023).
Not the best experience.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

It was a decent price for short notice. It’s only 15 minutes away from the airport

Passport check-in not efficient, staff needs to study better to register customers with passport. Great location, close metro and shopping mall. Quiet location. Clean and simple but appreciable furnishings

They were happy to extend my late checkout until 15:00 which was most helpful. Generally a comfortable place to stay a night or 2 although breakfast not that suited to western expectations but it was included in the room rate so no complaints.

Clean place, reasonably priced, conveniently next to the subway - you need at least an hour to reach downtown, though.

It’s clean hotel. Staff were helpful. It’s close to Pudong airport and Disneyland. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
